ONE-PIECE TOOL LATCH STRUCTURE
A one-piece tool latch structure for positioning and setting a sleeve, which includes a socket post, wherein one end of the socket post in the axial direction is an insertion end, and the other end is a stud end. Two first faces, two second faces, two third faces, and two fourth faces are formed between the insertion end and the stud end. Each of the first faces is protruded with a positioning convex portion, and two convex ridges are respectively formed between the adjacent first face and the second face.
POWER TOOL
A power tool includes a chuck device for clamping a working component. The chuck device includes a locking mechanism, an operation member, a connection shaft, a driving assembly, and a stopper member. The locking mechanism implements a locking function. The operation member is operable to allow the locking mechanism to leave a locking position and is detachably connected to the connection shaft. The driving assembly drives the locking mechanism to be in the locking position. The stopper member is configured to limit the driving assembly.
Closure top driver depth limiter
An apparatus to limit a seating depth of a fastener can include a cylindrical housing, a pin, a driver, and a biasing element. The cylindrical housing can include a proximal portion couplable to a tool, a distal portion engageable with a workpiece, and a bore extending from an opening on the distal portion towards the proximal portion along a longitudinal axis of the housing. The pin can be secured to the housing and can extend radially inward into the bore. The driver can be translatable within the bore of the housing and can extend beyond the opening on the distal portion to engage the fastener. The driver can include a slot that can be engageable with the pin to receive a torque from the pin and can rotate with the housing to transfer the torque to a fastener when the pin engages the slot.
Fencing Tool
A fencing tool for use with a gate pin and a related method of attaching a gate pin to a fence post with the fencing tool is provided. The fencing tool includes a body having opposed ends. The fencing tool further includes a socket defined within the body. The socket is configured to engage the hinge or gate pin for attachment to a fence.
Faucet Wrench
Various embodiments of a faucet wrench are provided. The faucet wrench includes a first insert that includes multiple inner jaw surfaces. The multiple inner jaw surfaces are each configured to engage workpieces of different sizes. In specific embodiments, the first insert includes a plurality of stackable components, each with multiple inner jaw surfaces. The plurality of stackable components can be interchanged and/or reoriented by a user to allow the user to select a preferred inner jaw surface to be used for a given task. In further specific embodiments, the first insert includes a pivotable wedge that allows the faucet wrench to be used in different orientations. In specific embodiments, the faucet wrench also has a second insert that includes multiple work surfaces for engaging an additional variety of workpieces.
Socket driver, and method of connecting perforating guns
A socket driver for a perforating gun assembly. The socket driver includes a first end, and a second end opposite the first end. The second end defines an inner diameter that has a length to extend over a threaded end of the tandem sub. The socket driver is configured to mate with a shoulder along the tandem sub of the perforating gun assembly. Specifically, the socket driver includes a radial notched profile. The notched profile is configured to mate with a radial pattern of slots along the shoulder of the tandem sub. In one aspect, the socket driver is between 3 and 8 inches in length. In one aspect, the first end of the socket driver comprises an opening configured to receive a torque tool. A method of connecting ends of perforating guns using the socket driver is also provided herein.
Electric tool
An electric tool includes a tool body and a clamping device configured to clamp an operating attachment. The clamping device includes a moving member, a biasing member, a limiting member, and a switching mechanism. The moving member is sleeved on the output assembly and has a locking position where the operating attachment is locked. The biasing member is configured to apply a biasing force to the moving member to keep the moving member in the locking position. The switching mechanism includes a toggle portion and a driven portion. The toggle portion is configured to be movable toward the tool body and drive the moving member to move in a direction away from the tool body to disengage from the locking position. The biasing member is configured to apply a biasing force to the driven portion to keep the moving member in the locking position.
IMPACT TOOL ANVIL WITH IMPROVED DETENT PIN
An impact tool includes a housing, an anvil extending from the housing, a tool element removably coupled to the anvil, a drive assembly to impart rotational impacts to the anvil, and a detent system supported by the anvil. The detent system includes a detent pin defining a longitudinal center axis and having a notch disposed on only one side of a longitudinal mid-plane containing the longitudinal center axis, and a retaining pin received within the notch. The detent pin is movable relative to the anvil between an extended position and a retracted position, the detent pin is configured to engage the tool element to retain the tool element on the anvil when the detent pin is in the extended position, the detent pin is biased toward the extended position, and the retaining pin engages an end of the notch to limit movement of the detent pin to the extended position.
SOCKET ADAPTER FOR IMPACT WRENCH
The present invention provides a socket adapter 10 for an impact wrench to prevent a manipulator ring 60 from being intentionally slid, the socket adapter comprising: a main body 11 including a cylinder section 20 having an engagement hole 21 to be installed in an insertion square 90 of the impact wrench, a shank section 40 configured to attach or detach a socket 80, and a drum section 30 positioned between the cylinder section and the shank section; a ball locking mechanism 50 adapted to switch the socket between a locked state where the socket cannot be detached and an unlocked state where the socket can be attached and detached by protrusion and retraction of a ball 51 housed in the shank section; a manipulator ring 60 slidably fitted on the drum section in the axial direction and configured to control the protrusion and retraction of the ball; and a starting resistance imparting means 70 for increasing the starting resistance of the manipulator ring when the manipulator ring begins to slide from a locking position where the ball protrudes to an unlocking position where the ball retracts
