Device for supplying bolt
Disclosed is a device for supplying bolts having an improved bolt supply mechanism so as to enhance work speed and productivity as well as to prevent various interferences and troubles caused by driving a robot. The device for supplying bolts comprises a rotary magazine that indexes a plurality of bolts; and a nut runner having a driving bit that picks up a bolt in the rotary magazine one by one and performs a driving operation, wherein the rotary magazine has a turret that houses a plurality of bolts in a circumferential direction and positions a bolt in the nut runner by rotation.
CONNECTOR FOR COUPLING ATTACHMENT TO POWER TOOL
The power tool comprises a first power tool portion having a rotatable collar and a first locking member arranged to be actuated by the rotatable collar and a second power tool portion having a second locking member. The rotatable collar is rotatable about an axis for actuating the first locking member to removably engage the first locking member with the second locking member, thereby releasably locking the first power tool portion with the second power tool portion along the axis.
Methods of installing pre-molded seal caps
A method of installing pre-molded seal caps onto fasteners that extend from a surface comprises sequentially delivering the pre-molded seal caps, arranged on a carrier strip, to a plunger mechanism via a feed system. The method also comprises sequentially removing the pre-molded seal caps from the carrier strip using the plunger mechanism, operating in concert with the feed system. The method further comprises individually installing the pre-molded seal caps onto selected ones of the fasteners using the plunger mechanism.
SEPARATING DEVICE, MAGAZINE ATTACHMENT AND FASTENING SYSTEM
A separating device for separating a fastening element from a fastening element strip is provided, having a receptacle, in which the fastening element is received, wherein the fastening element defines a fastening direction, in which the fastening element is provided for being driven into an underlying surface; a transfer channel for transfer of the fastening element strip in a transfer direction, wherein the transfer channel has a separating section; a stop element, which has a stop position, in which the stop element projects into the transfer channel and forms a stop for the fastening element in the transfer direction when the fastening element is arranged in the separating section; and a passage position, in which the stop element is arranged outside the transfer channel and allows movement of the fastening element beyond the separating section in the transfer direction.
Screw Magazine and Collating Screws
A screw magazine having a loading end for receiving a collated strip of screws. The magazine includes a pusher that urges screws of a collated strip toward a discharge end of the magazine. A bit opening at a top and at the discharge end of the magazine is configured to receive a drive bit for driving the at least one screw through a discharge opening at a bottom of the magazine body. Also provided is a collated scrip of screws including a plurality of screws coupled to a rigid support configured to be held in a hand of a single user to allow driving of the screws with the other hand.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes a bit holding portion configured to hold a driver bit engageable with a screw and that is rotatable in a circumferential direction and movable in an axial direction of the driver bit, a motor configured to rotate the bit holding portion, a controller configured to control the motor, and a detector configured to detect a state of the motor. In a state where the screw engaged with the driver bit is fastened to a fastening target, the controller determines whether the driver bit and the screw are disengaged based on the state of the motor detected by the detector and stops the rotation of the motor in a case where the controller determines that the driver bit and the screw are disengaged.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a bit holding portion which detachably holds a driver bit and is configured to rotate in a circumferential direction of the driver bit and move in an axial direction of the driver bit; a first motor configured to rotate the bit holding portion; a second motor configured to move the bit holding portion along the axial direction; and a control unit configured to control a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction by the number of rotations of the second motor. The control unit is configured to control a moving speed of a screw moved by rotation of the first motor or a rotation speed of the first motor.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a bit holding portion which detachably holds a driver bit and is configured to rotate in a circumferential direction of the driver bit and move in an axial direction of the driver bit; a motor configured to move the bit holding portion along the axial direction; and a control unit configured to control a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction by the number of rotations of the motor. The control unit is configured to execute an initialization operation of setting a standby position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction, and control a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction from the standby position by the number of rotations of the motor.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool including a bit holding unit configured to hold a driver bit so as to be rotatable and to be movable in an axis direction, a first drive unit having a first motor configured to rotate the driver bit held by the bit holding unit, and a second drive unit having a second motor configured to move the driver bit held by the bit holding unit along the axis direction.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a cylindrical rotation guide member extending in one direction and rotatably supported; a holding member having an opening to which a driver bit is detachably inserted, and configured to move in an axis direction along the extension direction of the rotation guide member inside the rotation guide member and to rotate together with the rotation guide member; and a moving member configured to move the holding member in a front and rear direction along the rotation guide member.
