A clip clamping mechanism of a pressure fixture, which the clip comprises a fixedly mounted shaft, and a first clip and a second clip hinged through the fixed shaft. Two ends of the first clip and the second clip corresponding to the hinging joint form respectively a front arm, and a rear arm in linkage with a propulsion piece, wherein the propulsion piece is provided with an accommodation cavity for mounting the rear arm; and the accommodation cavity is provided with a wedge-shaped sidewall for butt junction and slip fit with the rear arm; one end of the accommodation cavity close to the front arm is a big end with opening, while the other end far away the front arm is a small end. The first clip and the second clip achieve a transmission connection through one fixed shaft only to realize butting clamp.

HOSE CLAMP SETTING TOOL AND SYSTEM
20220032430 · 2022-02-03 ·

A clamp setting tool secures a hose clamp having a pre-clamped state where a catch tab engages a stopper tab, and a clamped state where the catch tab releases from the stopper tab. The clamp setting tool includes first and second head elements having respective first and second notches formed therein, the second notch positionally corresponds to the first notch. The first and second notches receive the catch and stopper tabs. A stop mechanism is connected to one of the first and second head elements. The clamp setting tool moves the first and second head elements between an open position where the hose clamp is maintained in the pre-clamped state and a closed position where the first and second head elements move the hose clamp to the clamped state. The stop mechanism prevents movement of the first and second head elements from the open position toward the closed position.

Snap Ring Manipulation Tool

A snap ring manipulation tool for installation and removal of snap rings includes a frame that comprises a pair of members. The members are opposing, such that a first end of one member opposes a second end of the other. Each of a pair of first holes is positioned through a respective member proximate to the first end. Each of a pair of rods is fixedly coupled to a respective member proximate to the second end. The rod is slidably positionable through an opposing first hole. A biaser is operationally coupled to each member. Each of a pair of first tips is coupled to and extends from a first side of the frame. The frame positions the first tips for insertion into the complementary orifices of the snap ring. The biaser is positioned to diverge and converge the members to respectively widen and narrow the snap ring.
