Methods, systems and tools for securing to a panel an expandable fastener having a threaded component and a mushrooming component, the tool including a sleeve having a cylindrical body with a hollow inside portion and an internal spline configured to match a splined shoulder of the mushrooming component, a drive shaft having a driving portion configured to engage and rotate the threaded component, the driving portion positioned within the hollow portion of the sleeve, and a driven portion configured to be driven by an arbor, the arbor having a first shaft portion configured to engage with the driven portion and drive the drive shaft, and a second shaft portion configured to connect to a drill or nut driver to drive the drive shaft to turn the threaded component relative to the mushrooming component and collapse the mushrooming component.
ROTARY INSTALLATION TOOLS FOR CLINCH FASTENERS
Tooling is held within the nose of a rotary punch and as the tool is rotated and forced against a workpiece a fastener within the tool becomes affixed to the workpiece. The tools have displacers which non-destructively deform and reshape the workpiece without any loss of workpiece material. The tools have various types of displacers including; tapered and arcuate displacers which act in concert to progressively act upon the workpiece; spherical displacers which may be fixed or rotatable such as caged ball bearings; and a full-circle displacer ring which wobbles as it presses against the workpiece. In the case of fixed spherical displacers, a multi-stroke method can be employed where the tool is rotated after each stroke in a group of installation strokes.
Multi-Functional Riveting Tool
A multi-functional riveting tool has a holding handle, an operating handle pivotally connected with the holding handle, a torsion spring having two ends respectively abutting against the holding handle and the operating handle, a sleeve assembly mounted in a top portion of the holding handle, and a connecting driving assembly including a pulling shaft and a snapping set alternatively mounted in the sleeve assembly. With a structure and an internal space for mounting the pulling shaft and the snapping set formed in the sleeve assembly, a user is able to install the pulling shaft for connecting with a rivet nut, the pulling shaft for connecting with a rivet bolt or the snapping set for mounting a blind rivet in the sleeve assembly for different use. Only one riveting tool should be prepared. Accordingly, the riveting tool of the present invention is practical for use.

Manual rivet tool
The present invention discloses a manual rivet tool, comprising a first handle assembly, a second handle assembly, a force amplification pulling mechanism, a planetary accelerating rotating mechanism and a quick replacement mechanism; the first handle assembly is fixed to the force amplification pulling mechanism; the second handle assembly is disposed on the force amplification pulling mechanism; the first handle assembly and the second handle assembly act on the force amplification pulling mechanism cooperatively to drive the force amplification pulling mechanism to output a pulling force; a threaded brace rod is fixed to the end of the force amplification pulling mechanism through the quick replacement mechanism, and the force amplification pulling mechanism outputs the pulling force to the threaded brace rod to act on a rivet nut; and the planetary accelerating rotating mechanism is engaged on the upper end of the force amplification pulling mechanism, and the planetary accelerating rotating mechanism drives the threaded brace rod to rotate rapidly by means of the force amplification pulling mechanism. The present application may complete manual riveting efficiently, and the tool is light in structure, convenient to carry, strong in pulling force, labor saving in operation and high in working efficiency.
