High-pressure gas cylinder gasket automatic replacement device
Disclosed is a high-pressure gas cylinder automatic replacement device, including: a holder fixedly provided on a main plate to be positioned at one side of a connector holder of a high-pressure gas cylinder connection unit; a movable member rotatably provided at the holder; a two-stage actuator provided at the holder such that rods thereof are respectively connected to the movable member and a bracket fixed to the main plate; a docking actuator enabling the movable member to move from the holder towards the connector holder side or vice versa; a gasket removal cartridge provided at the movable member to automatically remove used gaskets from the connector holder and to accommodate the same in turn; and a gasket insertion cartridge provided at the movable member positioned at the upper portion of the gasket removal cartridge to insert a new gasket accommodated therein into the connector holder.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING O-RING AND ROBOT
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an apparatus and method for mounting an O-ring to a work piece. The apparatus comprises a guiding component comprising a frustum portion adapted to be arranged coaxially with a groove formed on an end surface of the work piece for receiving the O-ring, a large end face of the frustum portion arranged adjacent to the end surface; a plurality of through slots each extending a predetermined distance radially from an edge of the large end face; and a pressing component comprising a plurality of fingers each adapted to be fitted in and moved along the corresponding through slot to push the O-ring that is placed on the frustum portion into the groove, wherein a diameter of the large end face is larger than an inner diameter of the groove.
FLEXIBLE DYNAMIC SEAL INSTALLATION TOOL
An installation tool for application of a flexible dynamic seal such as weatherstrip to an end flange of a vehicle. It includes a rotary drive source to rotate a double-sided cam (could be three-sided as well) that pushes on a spring-loaded block changing the rotation into a linear back and forth motion. This spring-loaded block is attached to a plastic pad that is applied to the seal to transfer the motion on the seal and mimics the operator pushing the seal to install.

Right angle adapter
An adapter for a bearing race and seal driver tool that allows the tool to be used in hard to reach applications. The adapter connects to a driver and a handle at a non-zero angle, for example a right angle, to allow the adapter to be struck at a face of the adapter rather than the handle to be struck at an end of the handle. A pocket is included at one or more connection points between the adapter and the handle or driver to resist rotational movement of the handle or driver.
