HINGE-ROD REMOVAL AND INSERTION TOOL

A hinge-rod removal and insertion tool for opening and closing modular conveyor belts during installation and servicing. The tool is a pliers with jaws forming a split aperture. The jaws open to admit the end of the hinge rod of a modular conveyor belt. The jaws close to grasp the hinge rod so that it can be pulled from the belt. A head at the distal end of the jaws is used to push a hinge rod back into the belt. The tools have lift hooks to lift a section of belt to gain access to the ends of the hinge rods.

A disassembling device for removing fastening components embedded in a workpiece includes a supporting base, a clamping assembly, and a pushing assembly. The pushing assembly includes a sliding assembly, an adjusting rod, and an ejecting pin. The workpiece defines a first through hole which communicates with a positioning hole. The workpiece is clamped by the clamping assembly, the sliding assembly is connected to the supporting base and can slide along a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The adjusting rod passes through the sliding assembly to connect with the ejecting pin, the ejecting pin is driven to extend into the first through hole and to move in a direction perpendicular to the first and second directions, so as to push the fastening component out of the positioning hole.

Check pin insertion and removal apparatus and its method of use

An apparatus is selectively controlled to insert a check pin into a fastener hole in a workpiece surface and remove the check pin from the fastener hole. The apparatus is a pneumatically actuated apparatus having a pair of press actuators that are selectively operated to press the check pin attached to a check pin holder of the apparatus into a fastener hole in a workpiece, and a pair of remove actuators that are selectively operated to push against the workpiece surface and move the apparatus away from the workpiece surface to remove the check pin attached to the check pin holder from the fastener hole in the workpiece.

Apparatus for engaging a guide pin

Apparatus and method are disclosed for engaging a guide pin for installation or removal. The tool has a housing with a plunger positioned within the housing. A support tube has at least two extensions that protrude from the housing when an engagement mechanism is depressed and grips the guide pin when the engagement mechanism is released.

The present invention provides a test component extraction module having a first arm, a second arm, and a base. The second arm is connected to the first arm. The base is connected to the second arm and has a suction hole for holding a test component. Wherein a first angle is predetermined between the first arm and the second arm. When the suction hole sucks the test component attached to a surface, and the first arm gradually moves away from the surface, a second angle is between the second arm and the first arm, and the second angle is greater than the first angle.
