Rotary Hydraulic Valve
A hydraulic tool can include a hydraulic cylinder, a piston within the hydraulic cylinder, and a rotary valve. The piston can be configured to move between a retracted position and an extended position. The piston can include a piston ram and a piston rod that define a ram side and a rod side inside the hydraulic cylinder. The rotary valve can be moved between a first position and a second position. The first position can be configured to direct flow at a first variable speed and a first variable force to the ram side of the hydraulic cylinder and the second position can be configured to direct flow at a second variable speed and a second variable force to the rod side of the hydraulic cylinder.
Crimping tool
A crimping tool is described comprising a first crimping member, a second crimping member, at least one intermediate crimping member, a first sliding member and a second sliding member. The free ends of the first crimping member and the second crimping member form an opening of the crimping tool. The first crimping member, the at least one intermediate crimping member, and the second crimping member are sequentially hinged together via connecting devices. The first sliding member is slidably disposed on the free end of the first crimping member. The second sliding member is slidably disposed on the free end of the second crimping member. The first sliding member is adjacent to the second sliding member. The inner sides of the first crimping member, the at least one intermediate crimping member, the second crimping member, the first sliding member, and the second sliding member are formed to be pressed with the workpiece to be crimped. The crimping tool has a simple structure and good crimping performance, so that the workpiece is uniformly stressed and burrs on the workpiece can be reduced.

Manually Operable Pressing Tool
A manually operated pressing tool has a first manual lever, a second manual lever, a node element pivotably connecting the two manual levers to one another via a first pivot axis and a second pivot axis and a crimping unit arranged on a head portion of the pressing tool. The crimping unit includes a crimping die and a die receptacle. The first and second manual levers are further coupled to one another via a fork element which has a fork neck, a first fork finger and a second fork finger. The fork neck is pivotably coupled to the first manual lever via a third pivot axis. The crimping die is arranged on the first fork finger and the die receptacle is arranged on a head portion of the first manual lever, The second fork finger is pivotably coupled to the second manual lever via a fourth pivot axis.
CRIMPING PLIERS
Crimping pliers include a clamping assembly including a left jaw and a right jaw, a control mechanism, and a rotating button mechanism. The left jaw includes a left connecting portion and a left head. The right jaw includes a right connecting portion and a right head. The control mechanism drives the clamping assembly to switch between a clamping state and an open state. The rotating button mechanism includes a first connecting plate connected to the right connecting portion, an eccentric shaft, a rotating button connected to the eccentric shaft, and a limiting structure connected to the rotating button to limit a rotating range of the rotating button. The first connecting plate is rotatably connected to the left connecting portion through the eccentric shaft. The rotating button adjusts a distance between the left connecting portion and the right connecting portion by driving the eccentric shaft to eccentrically rotate.
LASER GUIDED TOOLS
Tools for crimping or cutting of an object such as a wire, cable, or connector. The tool includes a first member and a second member configured to come together through a gap to crimp or cut a wire, cable or connector and a laser positioned to visually indicate a region where at least one member traverses as the first and second member come together through the gap. This visual indication aids in alignment of the object for the crimping or cutting operation.
Ram Guide for a Crimper
Embodiments of the invention provide a ram guide for a crimping tool. The crimping tool includes a crimping head and a ram head. The ram guide includes a track and slot. The ram guide is configured to guide the ram head within a crimp portion of the crimping head to axially align the ram head with the crimping head.
Pressing tool with sensor system for automated recognition of a pressing jaw assembly
A pressing tool for plastically deforming a tubular workpiece, and particularly a fitting is described. The pressing tool comprises a pressing jaw receptacle for coupling a pressing jaw assembly to the pressing tool. The pressing tool further comprises a drive which is adapted to drive a coupled pressing jaw assembly in order to apply force to a workpiece, and a sensor system which is adapted to identify a pressing jaw assembly and to provide corresponding sensor data, wherein a control is adapted to control the drive based on the sensor data. Also described are related methods, pressing jaw assemblies, and workpieces.
