Work material clamp for use with cutting machines
A clamp for use with a cutting machine, the clamp comprising: a clamp frame; a low profile clamp head operatively connected to the clamp frame, wherein the clamp head has a clamping surface for pressing on a work surface of a work piece to hold said work piece; and a fixing element, operatively connectable to the clamp frame, for providing a clamping force to the clamp head by fixing the clamp to a support base for the work piece. In embodiments, the clamp head may have a low profile clamp head, made of plastic to prevent damage to a cutting bit.
CARRYING DEVICE
A carrying device is provided. The carrying device includes a stand, an upper clamp connected to the stand, a lower clamp assembled to the stand, a manipulation mechanism assembled to the stand and interlinked with the lower clamp, and a supporting column assembled to the lower clamp. The manipulation mechanism can drive the lower clamp to move relative to the upper clamp, and the upper clamp and the lower clamp jointly define a receiving space therebetween. The supporting column is movable relative to the lower clamp, so that the carrying device can be adjusted in a first clamping mode or a second clamping mode. When the carrying device is in the first clamping mode, the supporting column is located in the receiving space and faces toward the upper clamp, so that the supporting column and the upper clamp can jointly clamp a plate part of a first structure.
Miter clamping system
A clamping system useful in miter edge fabrication. Two separate units, each including a vacuum plate may be placed on'separate slabs. The units are connected with a knuckle that can be rotated to provide connection of the slabs in a variety of angles. The units are vacuum sealed to the slabs via pressure tubes. The vacuum plates may include various sections of varied sizes to connect to different sized slabs. When the knuckle is locked, a worm gear will provide for lateral movement, relative the knuckle, to provide precision fitting of slabs.
Magnetic coupling devices
Magnetic coupling devices are disclosed having magnetic field sensors. The magnetic coupling device may include degaussing coils wrapped about pole extension shoes of the magnetic coupling device.
MAGNETIC COUPLING DEVICE WITH AT LEAST ONE OF A SENSOR ARRANGEMENT AND A DEGAUSS CAPABILITY
Magnetic coupling devices are disclosed having magnetic field sensors. The magnetic coupling device may include degaussing coils wrapped about pole extension shoes of the magnetic coupling device.
Method and means for securing a face frame to a box cabinet
A method of securing a face frame to a cabinet box whereby spring clamps clamp the face frame to the cabinet box during the gluing process. The method eliminates the need for nails, staples, pocket screws or the like. The spring clamp of the invention enables the face frame to be secured to the outer ends of the cabinet box.
Clamping device
A clamping device includes two mounting members facing each other, a driver coupled to the two mounting members and at least one clamping module. Thee driver is configured to alternately drive the two mounting members toward and away from each other. The clamping module includes two clamping members mounted on the two mounting members. Each clamping member includes a guide rod, a clamping block, and an elastic member. One end of the guide rod movably passes through a corresponding mounting member. The clamping block is fixed at one end of the guide rod distal from the mounting member. The elastic member is sleeved on the guide rod and positioned between the mounting member and the clamping block.
CLAMPING APPARATUS
A clamping apparatus includes a shaft; a base body that is adjustable to different positions, e.g., heights, along the shaft; a clamping leg arranged to pivot into a first clamping position and a second clamping position; an arm that includes, and extends between, a first end portion connected to the base body and a second end portion connected to the clamping leg; and a handle configured to be moved (a) into a first position that locks the position of the base body relative to the shaft and provides a clamping force to the clamping leg, and (b) into a second position in which the base body is free to be shifted into different positions along the shaft, where moving the handle into the second position releases the clamping force.
Door panel support assembly
A panel support assembly is presented herein. The panel support assembly includes a support base, a fixed support structure and a swing arm assembly. The fixed support structure extends from the support base and defines at least one vertical panel engaging surface. The swing arm assembly is pivotally attached to the base and is disposable between a normally biased, at least partially raised position and a lowered, clamped position. The swing arm assembly includes a base, a swing arm panel and a pivoting pressure plate. A biasing device is attached to the base of the swing arm assembly and is configured to normally bias the swing arm assembly into the at least partially raised position until an opposing weight is applied to the base of the swing arm assembly that will oppose the biasing force and automatically position the swing arm assembly into the lowered clamped position.
MITER CLAMPING SYSTEM
A clamping system and method useful in miter edge fabrication. Two separate units, each including a vacuum plate may be placed on separate slabs. The units may be connected with a knuckle that can be rotated to provide connection of the slabs in a variety of angles. The units are vacuum sealed to the slabs. The vacuum plates may include various sections of varied sizes to connect to different sized slabs. When the knuckle is locked, a worm gear will provide for lateral movement, relative the knuckle, to provide precision fitting of slabs.
