Roof Shingle Installer Tool Nail U Punch with Magnet Nail Holder
The invention is a steel hand-held u-shaped roofing tool that allows for and facilitates the installation of new roofing shingles underneath existing asphalt shingles. The invention utilizes a unique steel shape and accompanying embedded magnet to accomplish this. The main parts are the body that distributes hammer impacts from above around a void that the old shingle slides into. A protected embedded magnet that holds the roofing nails perpendicular to the bottom surface of the tool.
Nail Plate Installation System
A nail plate driving system for safely and efficiently installing nail plates at various heights. A first handle having an engaging head removably receives a second handle having a magnet. The magnet of the second handle is configured to magnetically secure a metal nail plate to allow a user to position the nail plate in a desired location on a wood member to be striked by the engaging head of the first handle. After the nail plate is secured to the wood member the magnet is removed from the nail plate and the process is repeated with the next nail plate. When not in use, the second handle may be secured within the first handle.
STAKE HOLDING TOOL
A stake holding tool for holding a stake or post for driving into the ground while the person holding the stake is enabled to maintain a safe distance includes a body having a first end at which a head portion is located, and a second end defining a grip for holding the stake holding tool. The head portion includes a striking section that generally includes a resilient material adapted to absorb shock from impacts; and a stake receiving recess configured to receive stakes or posts of various sizes and configurations.
Nail holding pliers
Pliers for holding nails prior to driving the nails is disclosed. The two opposing jaws portions of the pliers provide V-shaped recesses and complementary V-shaped protrusions, respectively, for temporarily securing a shaft of a nail. A hold-open element may operatively associate with one of the jaw portions so that it may be selectively moved against the opposing jaw portion for slightly decreasing the hold of the engaged V-shaped recess and protrusion so that a hammer may more easily drive the held nail. The opposing jaw portions may separately define a diagonally oriented passageway in an open mode for a user to hold a nail in an approximately 45-degree angled, relative to the longitudinal axis of the jaw portions.
Staple Holding Device
The present invention relates generally to the field of staples. More specifically, the present invention relates to a staple holding device. The device is comprised of a body that has a first end, a second end and a removable handle. In the preferred embodiment, the body is generally rectangular in shape such that it can be easily gripped by a user. The body is further comprised of at least one cutout, wherein the cutout has a channel that receives the body of a staple. The staple is further secured within the channel such that the body and/or the handle can be struck by a hammer in order to allow the staple to be secured within a surface at a specific depth.
SET TOOL ASSEMBLY FOR DRIVING A FASTENER INTO A WORKPIECE
A set tool may comprise a handle member and a fastener retention member modularly coupled with the handle member. A permanent magnet may be positioned within a portion of the handle member and may be used to secure a ferromagnetic fastener within a fastener retention recess formed within the fastener retention member, when the fastener retention member is engaged with the handle member.
Multi-purpose hand tool
A multi-purpose hand tool includes a first side and a second side that are pivotally connected. The first side includes a lower end having a first handgrip and an upper end including a shaft having a hammer head at one end; a first recess extending at least partially along a bottom of the shaft for holding one or more straight fasteners; and a second recess located substantially in a bottom part of the hammer head for holding one or more rounded fasteners.
Nail driving tool
A nail driving tool is fashioned as a cylindrical member having an interior void through which a pin is capable of partial movement. The pin is secured within the cylindrical unit by a knob disposed through the cylindrical member, thereby keeping the pin from being fully ejected therefrom. The tool is capable of securing a nail at a first end and upon a force delivered to the pin, driving the nail in a workpiece.
