The present invention provides a multifunctional stapler including a housing, a nailing portion arranged at a front end of the housing, and a toggling device, a part of which being arranged inside the housing and a part of which extending to the outside of the housing. The nailing portion comprises: a staple feeding member arranged at a front end of the bottom of the housing, a staple feeding groove arranged on the surface at one side of the staple feeding member for receiving staples, a striking member, a part of which being inserted into the staple feeding groove, the toggling device controlling the striking member to strike the staples, and an adjusting device, a part of which being arranged outside the housing, for adjusting a depth of the staple feeding groove.

Carton closing tool having tool-free adjustment members

Tool-free adjustment members in a fastener driving tool. The fastener driving tool can be used to seal closed containers such as, for example, corrugated fiberboard cartons, by applying staples to the folded flaps or other closure parts to secure them in place. The tool-free adjustment members provide customizable drive settings for a variety of different sized staples and different workpiece conditions.

Rechargeable battery-operated plier stapler device

The present invention relates to a battery-operated non pneumatic plier stapler for accurately and effectively applying staple fasteners onto a surface. The plier stapler includes a rechargeable battery pack secured into a battery slot for providing electric power to a driver piston assembly. The battery pack is removably mounted to the battery socket and can be replaced with another battery pack. The stapler further includes a laser sight to indicate precise staple placement during application, thereby enabling accurate stapling operation. A magazine stores staples and the staples are biased towards nose using springs and rollers. The clencher clutches legs of individual staples to finish the stapling process. The stapler is cordless and obviates the need to use air compressors to apply staples, thereby eliminating limits on movement, air supply, and other factors.

A powered fastener driver includes a magazine configured to receive fasteners, a pusher slidably coupled to the magazine, a nosepiece coupled to the magazine, and a workpiece contact element movable with respect to the nosepiece. The powered fastener driver further includes a lockout member pivotally coupled to the nosepiece, and a magnet exerting a magnetic force on the lockout member to bias the lockout member toward a first position. The pusher moves the lockout member to a second position where the lockout member blocks movement of the workpiece contact element when a predetermined number of fasteners remain in the magazine.

Staple gun automatically applicable to staples of multiple sorts

A staple gun includes: a casing having a front blocking surface; a magazine disposed in the casing; and a staple delivery element and a resilient element disposed at the magazine. The magazine includes at least a staple cutting portion each having a top surface, a front end surface, and a guiding surface connected between the top surface and the front end surface. The front end surface and the guiding surface face the front blocking surface. A clearance for passing staples is disposed between the front end surface and the front blocking surface. The staple delivery element pushes staples in the magazine in a staple delivering direction. The resilient element enables staples to push the front end surface and the guiding surface of the staple cutting portion of the magazine, such that the magazine moves relative to the casing in a clearance adjustment direction opposite to the staple delivering direction.
