Anchor driver adapter tool
An anchor adapter tool which allows a user to rigidly secure and adapt various styles of anchors to equipment intended to produce the torque required for installation. The rigid connection allows the user increased control over placement and direction of installation. The tool is scalable such that optimized sizing and strength can be obtained for targeted anchors while minimizing weight and space requirements of the tool.
QUICK CHANGE PNEUMATIC HAMMER
A pneumatic hammer extender arm assembly is provided comprising an elongated extender arm body defining a hammer engaging portion formed at a first end of the body, and a hammerhead engaging portion formed at a second end of the body. A hammerhead is detachably engageable to the hammerhead engaging portion to allow for quick change of the hammerhead without the need for any tools. The hammerhead may alternately be implemented to engage and apply an impact force to a fastener that may be axially offset from the extender arm body.
SURGICAL IMPACTING TOOL INTERFACES
Various exemplary surgical impacting tool interfaces and methods of using surgical impacting tool interfaces are provided. In general, a surgical impacting tool includes a locking assembly configured to releasably attach to an adapter. In response to engagement with the adapter, the locking assembly is configured to move from an unlocked configuration, in which the adapter is not releasably attached to the surgical impacting tool (nor is any other adapter releasably attached to the surgical impacting tool via the locking assembly), to a locked configuration, in which the adapter is releasably attached to the surgical impacting tool via the locking assembly. The locking assembly is configured to receive the adapter in a longitudinal direction along a longitudinal axis defined by the locking assembly and to automatically lock the adapter to the surgical impacting tool.
Attachment for powered hammer
An attachment is configured for use with a powered hammer to drive a rod into the ground. The attachment includes a body and an impact portion defining a first axis. The impact portion is fixed to the body and immovable relative to the body. The impact portion is configured to receive repeated impacts from the powered hammer. The attachment further comprises a receiving portion in which the rod is receivable. The receiving portion defines a second axis that is parallel with the first axis.
ATTACHMENT FOR POWERED HAMMER
A powered hammer assembly includes a powered hammer including an output shaft and an axial impact mechanism. The assembly also includes an attachment including an impact portion defining a first axis. The impact portion is fixed to the body and is immovable relative to the body. The impact portion is configured to receive repeated impacts from the powered hammer. The attachment further comprises a receiving portion in which a rod to be driven into the ground is receivable. The clamping portion defines a second axis that is parallel with the first axis.
VACUUM BIT ASSEMBLY WITH REPLACEABLE DRILL BIT
A vacuum bit assembly includes an adapter having first and second ends, a central bore defined in the first end, and a locking member extending into the central bore. The vacuum bit assembly includes a drill bit having a workpiece engaging end, a connection, and a suction channel extending between the workpiece engaging and connection ends. The drill bit defines an axis of rotation that extends centrally through the drill bit between the workpiece engaging and connection ends and centrally through the adapter between the first and second ends. The drill bit includes an elongated slot adjacent the connection end. The elongated slot receives the locking member to secure the drill bit to the adapter. The vacuum bit assembly further includes a collar to selectively secure the locking member in the elongated slot. The locking member is axially movable within the elongated slot during operation of the vacuum bit assembly.
ORTHOPEDIC INSTRUMENT ADAPTERS
In general, orthopedic instrument adapters and methods of using orthopedic instrument adapters are provided. In an exemplary embodiment, an adapter is configured to releasably attach to an end effector configured to impact bone. The end effector can be a broach, chisel, or other surgical implement. The adapter includes a spring-loaded hook that is configured to releasably seat in a cut-out formed in the end effector. The adapter is also configured to releasably attach to a surgical impacting tool, such as an orthopedic impactor, configured to drive impacting of the end effector relative to bone.
MACHINE FOR MAKING SCREWDRIVER BIT SOCKETS
A machine for making screwdriver bit sockets includes a feeing unit and a rotary unit located beside the feeding unit. The rotary unit includes a feeding area, a put-in area, a pressing area and a ready area. The rotary unit includes a disk rotatably connected to a base. Multiple holding units are connected to the disk and moved to one of the feeding area, the put-in area, the pressing area and the ready area when the disk rotates. A feeding arm is located beside the pick-up area and the feeding area to move the sockets from the pick-up area to the holding units. A pressing unit located above the pressing area to press a screwdriver to a socket. A pick-up arm picks up the sockets from the holding units. A control unit electrically controls the rotary unit, the feeding arm, the pressing unit and the pick-up arm.
Locking Ring Impactor Apparatus
A locking ring impactor apparatus is a modular tool housing used to rotate the locking rings of centrifuges, pressure vessels, or other industrial equipment using conventional power tools. The locking ring impactor apparatus utilizes an impacting tool mounted to an armature with a recoil damper assembly. The armature receives and supports the impacting tool while the recoil damper assembly absorbs and mitigates the recoil forces generated by the impacting tool. A tool adapter is mounted between the impacting tool and a locking ring with at least one tensile member being engaged between the tool adapter and the recoil damper assembly. The at least one tensile member is configured to apply tension between the tool adapter and the recoil damper assembly to ensure that the force of the impacting tool is directed towards rotating the locking ring instead of vibrating the armature in-place.
JOINER
A joiner for assembling planks includes a link interconnecting a ram and a motorized tool.
