TOOL BIT
A tool bit for use with a power tool having a chuck and an anvil. The tool bit has a body defining the first end of the tool bit, and a shank coupled to the body and defining the second end of the tool bit. The shank includes a slot, a ball detent, and a projection. The slot is formed through the second end and is configured to receive a portion of the chuck to transfer rotational movement from the power tool to the tool bit. The ball detent is spaced circumferentially from the slot and is configured to receive a locking sphere of the chuck to lock the tool bit with the chuck. The projection is configured to contact a surface of the chuck and limit insertion of the shank into the chuck, thereby providing a space between the second end of the tool bit and the anvil.
ROTARY IMPACT TOOL HAVING BIT HOLDING DEVICE
A rotary impact tool includes a housing, an electric motor supported in the housing, and a drive assembly. The drive assembly includes an anvil having a longitudinal bore for selectively receiving a tool bit, and a plurality of radial slots extending from the longitudinal bore through the anvil. The rotary impact tool further includes a bit holding device including a plurality of ball detents received in the respective radial slots, and a collar slidably disposed on the anvil having an interior surface for maintaining a portion of the ball detents within the longitudinal bore, and collar spring for biasing the collar rearward to a first collar position. The bit holding device further includes a helical detent spring surrounding the anvil having a continuous helical structure with a plurality of protrusions extending into the radial slots, the protrusions are for biasing the ball detents toward an open end of the bore.
Power tool to tool bit extension adapter
An extension adapter includes a body having a bore. The bore is configured to receive a tool bit. The extension adapter includes a retaining member received within an aperture of the body and a biasing member coupled to the body. The biasing member includes a protrusion received within the aperture to bias the retaining member into a first position in which a portion of the retaining member extends into the bore. The extension adapter includes a collar moveable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The unlocked position is configured to allow the tool bit to be removed from the bore. While the collar is maintained in the locked position, the body is configured to slidably receive the tool bit such that the portion of the retaining member is received in a groove of the tool bit to secure the tool bit to the body.
Chisel and tool fitting
Chisel, in particular for a jackhammer, wherein the chisel has a free shank via which the chisel can be inserted along a working axis into an insertion sleeve of a tool fitting, wherein the free shank has a hexagonal cross section at least in certain portions, and wherein at least one guide segment, which modifies the hexagonal cross section and extends along the working axis, is formed on a surface of the free shank.
Clamping jaw assembly and drill chuck
The present disclosure provides a clamping jaw assembly and a drill chuck, which solve technical problems of complex structure, small clamping range, poor clamping effect, and high cost of the existing clamping jaw assembly. The clamping jaw assembly includes a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw, both of which include a screwing section, an outer surface of each screwing section is arranged with a thread, a top end of each screwing section is arranged with a clamping section, the screwing section is fixedly connected with corresponding clamping section. An inner side of the clamping section of the first clamping jaw includes a first clamping part, and an inner side of the clamping section of the second clamping jaw includes a second clamping part matched with the first clamping part. The present disclosure can be widely used in fields of electric tools, machine tool accessories and medical equipment, etc.
TOOL BIT
A tool bit for use with a power tool having a chuck and an anvil includes a first end, a second end opposite the first end, a body defining the first end of the tool bit, and a shank coupled to the body and defining the second end of the tool bit. The shank includes a slot formed through the second end. The slot is configured to receive a portion of the chuck to transfer rotational movement from the power tool to the tool bit. The shank also includes a ball detent spaced circumferentially from the slot. The ball detent is configured to receive a locking sphere of the chuck to lock the tool bit with the chuck. The slot is sized to limit insertion of the shank into the chuck, thereby providing a space between the second end of the tool bit and the anvil.
POWER TOOL HAVING ROTARY HAMMER MECHANISM
A power tool having a rotary hammer mechanism is configured to produce hammering motion for driving a tool accessory along a driving axis and rotating motion for rotating the tool accessory around the driving axis. The power tool has a tool holder that is configured to removably hold the tool accessory. The tool holder has a rotation transmitting part configured to transmit rotating power to the tool accessory. A layer formed of carbide of a group 5 element of a periodic table is formed on the rotation transmitting part.
DUST PROTECTION CAP WITH VIBRATION DECOUPLING
Tool fitting device for a power tool, in particular a chipping hammer, including a holding device for receiving and holding a tool shank, a tool cap, and a dust protection device for preventing the penetration of dust into the tool fitting device. The tool cap includes at least one receiving element and the dust protection device includes at least one protruding element corresponding to the receiving element, such that the tool cap and the dust protection device are able to be connected together in a form-fitting manner. Dust protection device for use in a tool fitting device.
QUICK CONNECT FOR A MEDICAL DEVICE
A quick connect is disclosed for a medical device. The quick connect includes a housing, a slide lock mounted within the housing, and a locking assembly mounted within the housing. The slide lock is for receiving a cooperating connection adapter. The locking assembly includes a substantially annular member having a superiorly facing sloped recess. The substantially annular member is movable along a longitudinal axis of the housing upon rotation of the substantially annular member.
