POWER TOOL HAVING ROTARY HAMMER MECHANISM
A power tool having a rotary hammer mechanism has a first motor; a driving mechanism configured to operate by power of the first motor in an action mode selected from a plurality of action modes including a first mode of at least rotationally driving a tool accessory and a second mode of only linearly driving the accessory; a tool holder configured to be rotationally driven by torque transmitted from the first motor; a second motor; a clutch member configured to transmit torque to the holder in a transmitting position and to interrupt the transmission in an interrupting position; and a transmitting mechanism configured to convert rotation of the second motor into linear motion and transmit the linear motion to the clutch member. When the tool body excessively rotates around the driving axis, the second motor moves the clutch member from the transmitting position via transmitting mechanism to interrupt the transmission.

The impact mechanism includes a gear carrier adapted to be driven by a motor of the impact tool to rotate about the impact mechanism longitudinal axis, a hammer slidably coupled to the gear carrier and rotatable about the impact mechanism longitudinal axis, the hammer includes a radial surface with a hammer lug extending therefrom, and an intermediate bit adapted to receive impact force from the hammer lug and transfer impact force to a tool bit.
ELECTRIC WORKING MACHINE
An electric working machine with the same or more prevention or suppression of the transmission of the vibration than that of a related art because of having the less components and the less man-hours for assemblies than those of the related art is achieved. A hammer drill includes a motor serving as a driving source and is equipped with a drill bit driven by a driving force that is output from the motor. The hammer drill includes a main-body housing and a handle housing forming at least a part of an outer shell, and the main-body housing and the handle housing are connected to each other through an elastic body to be relatively movable. The elastic body is formed on the main-body housing and the handle housing by a double-layer molding, and is a part of a continuous resin cover covering surfaces of the main-body housing and the handle housing.
POWER TOOL
A power tool comprises a housing and a motor having a drive shaft. An output shaft is connectable to a tool. A mode selection mechanism is couplable between the drive shaft and the output shaft and arranged to transmit drive therebetween. The mode selection mechanism is moveable between a first position in which the power tool operates in a first mode and a second position in which the power tool operates in a second mode. A mode selection actuator is mounted on the housing and arranged to select at least the first position and the second position of the mode selection mechanism. An actuating rod is coupled between the mode selection mechanism and an engaging portion of the mode selection actuator. The engaging portion and rod are moveable in a direction along a longitudinal axis of the rod when the mode selection mechanism moves between the first and second positions.
Power tool having a hammer mechanism
A movable support at least partially supports a final output shaft and a driving mechanism, and is integrally movable relative to a housing in an axial direction of a driving axis. A biasing member biases the movable support toward a front side in the axial direction. A first guide shaft extends in the axial direction and slidably guides the movement of the movable support in the axial direction. At least one intermediate shaft rotates in response to rotation of a motor shaft and transmit power of the motor to the driving mechanism. At least one bearing supports an end portion of the at least one intermediate shaft is located in the front side in the axial direction. A single metal support is immovable relative to the housing and supports the at least one bearing. The single metal support has a first hole for partially receiving the first guide shaft.
PORTABLE POWER TOOL
A portable power tool has a tool holder 2, a motor 8 and an electro-pneumatic striking mechanism 4. The striking mechanism includes an excitation piston 13, a striker 14, a pneumatic chamber 18 for coupling the striker 14 to the excitation piston 13 and an anvil 15 which is arranged in the striking direction 5 downstream of the striker 14 and is provided for transmitting a blow of the striker to the tool. The anvil is hollow. The hollow interior space 23 is closed in the striking direction 5 and counter to the striking direction 5.
Impact tool
An object of the invention is to provide an impact tool improved in vibration-proofing structure of a handle. A representative impact tool has a tool body and handle. The handle has a handle body and pair of grips that extend in a direction crossing an axial direction of a tool accessory, designed to be held by user's right and left hands. The handle body has a first part to which the grips are connected in a fixed manner and a second part that is connected to the tool body in a fixed manner. The first part is supported against the tool body via an elastic member and is allowed to move with respect to the tool body and the second part while being biased by an elastic force of the elastic member. A current supply cable, supplying current to a motor, is installed on the second part.
Reciprocating power tool
Reciprocating power tool is provided which is improved in vibration isolation of the handle. The reciprocating power tool has a tool body and a handle connected to the tool body. When an axial direction of a tool bit is defined as a longitudinal direction, the handle extends in a vertical direction crossing the longitudinal direction. Further, an upper region of the handle is connected to the tool body via an elastic member and a lower region of the handle is connected to the tool body via a support shaft that it can rotate around an axis of the support shaft in a transverse direction crossing both the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction with respect to the tool body. When the handle rotates around the support shaft with respect to the tool body, the elastic member reduces vibration which is caused in the tool body and transmitted to the handle.
Impact tool
An impact tool performs a processing operation on a workpiece by carrying out an impact operation on a tool bit in a longitudinal axis direction. The impact tool includes a motor having a rotor and a stator, a tool main body housing the motor, a drive shaft parallel to a longitudinal axis of the tool bit and rotatably driven by the motor, and an oscillating member that is supported by the drive shaft and that carries out an oscillating movement in the axial direction of the drive shaft based on the rotational motion of the drive shaft. A tool drive mechanism is coupled to the oscillating member so that the oscillating movement of the oscillating member linearly moves the tool bit in the longitudinal axis direction. The motor is an outer rotor motor in which the rotor is disposed on an radially outer side of the stator.
