Cushion Device of Pneumatic Tool
A cushion device of a pneumatic tool has a body, a cushion, and a piston assembly. The body includes a containing portion which has a bottom surface. The cushion is mounted in the containing portion of the body, is formed cylindrical, and has an axial direction, two end surfaces, an interior, an exterior, and at least one passage. The two end surfaces are separately located along the axial direction, and one of the two end surfaces abuts against the bottom surface of the containing portion. The at least one passage is disposed on the cushion, and communicates with the interior and the exterior. The piston assembly is movably mounted to the containing portion of the body and has a base and a cylinder. The base has an abutting portion abutting against the other one of the two end surfaces of the cushion. The cylinder is connected with the base.
Pneumatic impact tool having vibration reducing structure
A pneumatic impact tool having a vibration reducing structure includes a handle with a bucket member and a directional control valve. A tube member including a cylindrical wall and a chamber is coupled with the bucket member. The chamber is divided into a front and a rear chamber portion by a hammer member. Gas may be guided into the front or the rear chamber portion by the directional control valve. A vent is disposed on the cylindrical wall. An exhaust channel which communicates with the front chamber portion and not communicates with the rear chamber portion is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the hammer member. The hammer member is pushed to return if gas is guided into the front chamber portion. Gas in the front chamber portion is exhausted when the exhaust channel communicates with the vent.
Hand-held power tool
A hand-held power tool includes a tool holder for holding a chiseling tool, a machine housing (16), and a striking mechanism (12) including a striking body (22) moved on a longitudinal axis (5) for exerting strikes on the tool in an impacting direction. A damper (23) is used for stopping the striking body (22). The damper (23) includes a ring made up of multiple elastic beads situated along a circumferential direction around the longitudinal axis (5).
Docking station
A docking station for a dust collection box comprising: a housing; a socket formed by the housing configured to receive a dust collection box of a dust extractor; first and second apertures formed through a wall of the housing which aligns with air outlet and inlet apertures of a dust collection box when the dust collection box is mounted within the socket; a connector connectable to a vacuum source; and a dust channel mounted inside of the housing, which provides a passageway between the second aperture and the connector. The docking station may further include an air vent formed through a wall of the housing to allow air surrounding the housing to enter a cavity formed inside of the housing, where the first aperture is connected to the cavity in the housing to allow air in the cavity to exit the housing through the first aperture.
Attachment for powered hammer
An attachment is configured for use with a powered hammer to drive a rod into the ground. The attachment includes a body and an impact portion defining a first axis. The impact portion is fixed to the body and immovable relative to the body. The impact portion is configured to receive repeated impacts from the powered hammer. The attachment further comprises a receiving portion in which the rod is receivable. The receiving portion defines a second axis that is parallel with the first axis.
ATTACHMENT FOR POWERED HAMMER
A powered hammer assembly includes a powered hammer including an output shaft and an axial impact mechanism. The assembly also includes an attachment including an impact portion defining a first axis. The impact portion is fixed to the body and is immovable relative to the body. The impact portion is configured to receive repeated impacts from the powered hammer. The attachment further comprises a receiving portion in which a rod to be driven into the ground is receivable. The clamping portion defines a second axis that is parallel with the first axis.
POWER TOOL HAVING HAMMER MECHANISM
A power tool, such as a rotary hammer, includes a housing, an output shaft for mounting a tool accessary and a motor having a motor shaft that generates a rotational output for rotating and linearly hammering the output shaft. The rotational output of the motor shaft is coupled to the output shaft via a driving mechanism that includes a hammer mechanism. An intervening member is axially movable relative to the motor shaft and is operably coupled between the motor shaft and the hammer mechanism. The hammer mechanism and the output shaft are supported by a movable support that is axially movable relative to the housing. Because the output shaft and the driving mechanism are movable relative to the motor and the housing, which preferably includes handle, via the intervening member and the movable support during hammering operations, vibration generated during hammering operations can be dampened before reaching the housing.
Power tool having a hammer mechanism
A movable support at least partially supports a final output shaft and a driving mechanism, and is integrally movable relative to a housing in an axial direction of a driving axis. A biasing member biases the movable support toward a front side in the axial direction. A first guide shaft extends in the axial direction and slidably guides the movement of the movable support in the axial direction. At least one intermediate shaft rotates in response to rotation of a motor shaft and transmit power of the motor to the driving mechanism. At least one bearing supports an end portion of the at least one intermediate shaft is located in the front side in the axial direction. A single metal support is immovable relative to the housing and supports the at least one bearing. The single metal support has a first hole for partially receiving the first guide shaft.
Shock Absorption Structure of the Pneumatic Tool
A shock absorption structure of a pneumatic tool, the pneumatic tool contains: a body, a cylinder, a gas valve unit, an impact element, and an elastic unit. The body includes an air channel and a cavity having a closing face, an opening, and an air chamber. The body also includes a first orifice and a second orifice. The cylinder includes a sliding room, a contacting fringe, a defining cutout, and an air inlet. The gas valve unit is fixed between the sliding room and the contacting fringe. The impact element is disposed in the sliding room and is pushed by the high pressure gas to reciprocately move. The elastic unit includes an elastic pushing force and is secured in the air chamber so as to push against the closing face and the contacting fringe and to push the cylinder to move away from the grip handle.
Power tool
A power tool includes a motor, a housing, a battery holder and a cushion. The battery holder is held by the housing to be movable at least in a first direction relative to the housing. The battery holder is configured to removably receive a battery for supplying electric power to the motor. The cushion is held by the housing such that the first direction intersects the cushion. When the battery is attached to the battery holder, the cushion is directly or indirectly disposed between the battery and the housing.
