HYDRAULIC BREAKER
The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker. The valve is installed on an inner surface of the cylinder bush and the cylinder inner diameter portion to be movable in the vertical direction. The valve includes an upper valve portion having an upper end surface on which the pressure of the upper cylinder chamber acts, a lower valve portion having a lower end surface on which the pressure of the upper cylinder chamber acts, a first valve expanded-diameter portion which is formed between the upper valve portion and the lower valve portion, of which an outer diameter expands to be greater than outer diameters of the upper valve portion and the lower valve portion, and in which a first upper valve hydraulic pressure area communicates with the first and second flow channels, and a second valve expanded-diameter portion which is formed between the first valve expanded-diameter portion and the lower valve portion, of which an outer diameter expands to be greater than an outer diameter of the first valve expanded-diameter portion, and in which the second upper valve hydraulic pressure area communicates with the fourth flow channel, and the pressure of the valve switching chamber acts on a lower valve hydraulic pressure area having an area greater than an area of the first upper valve hydraulic pressure area.
Impact hammer system
A hydraulic, pneumatic, gasoline, diesel, or electric tool may include a spindle that is adapted for rotational movement. A swing arm may be coupled to the spindle such that rotational motion of the spindle is transferred to the swing arm. The swing arm makes contact with a piston such that the rotational motion causes the piston to move along a linear path. The piston may interact with an energy storage medium when the swing arm moves the piston in the first direction, causing energy to be stored in the energy storage medium. As the swing arm continues to rotate, the swing arm may lose contact with the piston, thus allowing the energy storage medium to urge the piston in a second direction opposite the first direction to strike an anvil. The swing arm may be a multiple roller swing arm. The energy storage medium may be a compound spring assembly.
HYDRAULIC ROTARY-PERCUSSIVE HAMMER DRILL
The hydraulic rotary-percussive hammer drill includes a fluid injection portion including a fluid feed-in inlet and an annular inner groove fluidly connected to the fluid feed-in inlet; a shank including a fluid injection conduit fluidly connected to the annular inner groove; front and rear main sealing gaskets disposed on either side of the annular inner groove and configured to cooperate with a first shank portion of the shank; a rear backup sealing gasket located at the rear of the rear main sealing gasket and configured to cooperate with a second shank portion of the shank; a leakage passage defined between the shank and the fluid injection portion; pressure drop generation means configured to generate pressure drops in the leakage passage when a leakage flow flows in the leakage passage.
Drill assembly and valve
The present invention provides a drill assembly that includes a drill for drilling rock, a support for supporting the drill, and a valve for releasably securing the support and drill together. The valve is adapted to receive a fluid from a pump means and controllably provide the drill and the support with the fluid for operation of the drill and the support.
HYDRAULIC HAMMER ASSEMBLY
A hydraulic hammer assembly is provided. The hydraulic hammer assembly includes a housing and a piston is arranged for reciprocating movement along a longitudinal axis within the housing. A head disposed along the longitudinal axis on an end of the housing and defines a chamber for holding a pressurized gas. The hydraulic hammer assembly further includes a locking mechanism to lock the head on the housing. The locking mechanism includes at least one first flange extending radially from the end of the housing and at least one second flange extending radially from the head, wherein the head is retained on the housing by blocking axial movement of the second flange against the first flange when in a locked position.
Dual impact fluid driven hammering tool
Disclosed is a fluid hammer tool with two separate fluid hammers in separate sections of the tool. The tool includes an upper poppet valve assembly along one fluid flow path, and a lower poppet valve assembly along a separate outer flow path. Both fluid flow paths are fed from an upper sub and both exit through a lower sub. Both poppet valves include spring return mechanisms. Sealing of each poppet valve propagates an upstream shock wave. The lower poppet valve assembly encounters greater fluid flow and generates a larger shock wave. In the period when the upper poppet valve is closed, the lower poppet valve cannot open.
HYDRAULIC BREAKER
The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker comprising: a back head having a gas chamber provided therein; a cylinder disposed at the lower part of the back head, and having a hydraulic passage and a hydraulic space; a front head disposed at the lower part of the cylinder; a chisel provided inside the front head; a piston provided to reciprocate in the cylinder so as to hit the chisel; and a breaker main body having a plurality of penetration bolts integrally connecting the back head, the cylinder, and the front head, wherein the back head of the breaker main body is provided with a control valve for supplying and blocking hydraulic pressure to/from the hydraulic passage and the hydraulic space.
Control of remote demolition robot
A remote demolition robot (10) comprising a controller (17), drive means (14), an arm member (11) movably arranged on a tower (10a) rotatably arranged on a body (11b) of the remote demolition robot (10) and a remote control (22) for providing commands, that are interpreted by the controller (17) causing the controller (17) to control the operation of the remote demolition robot (10), wherein the remote control (22) comprises a first joystick (24a) and a second joystick (24b), wherein the remote control (22) is characterized in that each joystick (24) is provided with a thumb control switch (26).
PISTON GUIDING ELEMENT, ROCK DRILLING MACHINE AND METHOD
A piston guiding element, rock drilling machine and method for supporting a front end portion of a percussion piston of a rock drilling machine. The piston guiding element includes a braking recess at its rear end. The element further includes at least one bearing sleeve, which is provided with two axially successive slide bearing sections. Hydraulic fluid is conveyed between the slide bearing sections via a feed system.
Fluid-driven pulsing hammering tool
Disclosed is a fluid driven pulsating, hammering tool operational when pressurized fluid is pumped into the tool's upper sub, having a poppet valve which can seal the upper end of a slidable outer valve assembly when closed; an inner valve assembly slidable within the outer valve assembly; wherein the inner and outer valve assemblies remain in selective fluid communication with the poppet valve even when the poppet valve is closed, wherein interruption of said fluid communication occurs from movement of the inner and/or outer valve assemblies to particular positions along their sliding paths; and further including a lower valve which is preferably a Tesla valve having channels which are also in fluid communication with the poppet valve.
