VIBRATION REDUCING STRUCTURE OF PNEUMATIC IMPACT TOOL
20230226678 · 2023-07-20 ·

A vibration reducing structure of pneumatic impact tool includes an outer shell, an inner tube member, a supporting ring and a gas sealing ring. An outer diameter of the inner tube member is slightly less than an inner diameter of the outer shell. The inner tube member is accommodated in the outer shell. A hammer member capable of being driven by high pressure gas to move is disposed in the inner tube member. A gas room is formed between the inner tube member and the outer shell. Both the supporting ring and the gas sealing ring surround the inner tube member. The supporting ring abuts against the outer shell so that a cylindrical gap communicated with the gas room is formed between the outer shell and the inner tube member. The gas sealing ring is closely engaged with the outer shell and the inner tube member to seal the cylindrical gap.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING SILICON FRAGMENTS
20220314228 · 2022-10-06 · ·

The present disclosure relates to a method for producing polycrystalline silicon fragments. The process includes (a) providing a polycrystalline silicon rod, (b) working the surface of the silicon rod by means of a hammer or needle hammer to remove at least a portion of a layer of the surface of the polycrystalline silicon rod, and (c) reducing the silicon rod to fragments. Wherein an amount of impact energy expended by the hammer and/or needle hammer is from 1 J to 15 J.

A universal adapter to facilitate the easy and efficient of exchange of needle scaler and chisel accessories associated with an air tool receiver/coupler, the adapter including a sleeve with a spring and a spacer, an adapter carrying an O-ring, and an anvil member in contact with the base of a plurality of needles is disclosed herein.

BULLET-CARRIED RUST REMOVAL MECHANISM AND RUST REMOVAL DEVICE
20220001510 · 2022-01-06 ·

A bullet-carried rust removal mechanism and a rust removal device are provided. The bullet-carried rust removal mechanism includes bullets, the bullets can reciprocate linearly under the driving of an external driving mechanism to thereby repeatedly knock a surface to be derusted, and an end of each of the bullets away from the driving mechanism is a knocking portion for derusting conveniently. The bullet-carried rust removal mechanism has a relatively small volume and a position to be derusted can be accurately positioned during derusting.

PNEUMATIC DEVICE WITH A QUICK RELEASE STRUCTURE
20210086339 · 2021-03-25 ·

A pneumatic device with a quick release structure includes: a housing having a peripheral wall defining an accommodating space for accommodation of an output shaft, and the peripheral wall being provided with a first connecting portion; and a front cover having a second connecting portion which is detachably coupled to the first connecting portion. A user can directly open the front cover to take the needle holder out of the accommodating space, then remove the to-be-replaced rust removing needles and replace them with new ones, then put the needle holder back to the accommodating space, and fix the front cover back to the housing, thus the replacement of the rust removing needles is done. Hence, the replacement speed is fast, and no tools are required during the replacement operation, so that the operation of replacing the rust removing needles is simpler and more intuitive.

DRILL DRIVE NEEDLESCALER TOOL
