POWER TOOL AND ELECTRIC PIPE CUTTER
A power tool includes a casing, a cutting unit, a transmission device, and a toggle switch. The casing includes a support portion. The cutting unit is used for cutting a target object and moving between a first position and a second position relative to the support portion. The toggle switch includes at least a third position and a fourth position. When the toggle switch is at the third position, the cutting unit performs a first motion: the cutting unit moves from the second position to the first position. When the toggle switch is at the fourth position, the cutting unit performs a second motion: the cutting unit moves from the first position to the second position. A speed at which the cutting unit performs the second motion is greater than a speed at which the cutting unit performs the first motion.
DRIVER DRILL
A driver drill allows smooth change of the drive conditions of a motor. The driver drill includes a motor, an output unit located frontward from the motor and rotatable with a rotational force from the motor, a trigger lever operable to activate the motor, a forward-reverse switch lever operable to change a rotation direction of the motor, a first operation member operable to change a drive condition of the motor, a second operation member located upward from the first operation member and operable to change the drive condition of the motor, and a controller that sets the drive condition of the motor in response to an operation on at least one of the first operation member or the second operation member.
Hand-Held Machine Tool Comprising a Planetary Gearbox
The disclosure relates to a hand-held machine tool with a drive unit for driving a tool holder, wherein the drive unit is paired with a planetary gearbox, which is arranged in a gearbox housing and comprises at least one ring gear, and an intermediate shaft, said intermediate shaft being connected to a planet carrier of the planetary gearbox. According to the disclosure, the at least one ring gear is paired with a fixing element which is designed to fix the at least one ring gear in the gearbox housing in the longitudinal direction of the ring gear rotational axis, said fixing element being arranged on the ring gear and/or the intermediate shaft.
RECHARGEABLE ELECTRIC POWER TOOL
A rechargeable electric power tool includes a motor that includes a rotation shaft, a motor housing that houses the motor, a gear housing disposed ahead of the motor, a final output shaft that is held onto the gear housing and perpendicular to the rotation shaft, and a loop-shaped handle housing disposed at a rear of the motor housing, and a battery mounting portion configured to hold two battery packs is disposed at a rear portion of the handle housing.
Hand-held machine tool comprising a drive motor
A hand-held machine tool, in particular a sanding machine, including a rod-type handle element for the user to grip and a processing head which is moveably mounted on the handle element by means of a joint assembly. The processing head has an electric drive motor for driving a tool holder provided for holding a processing tool and a speed-reducing gearbox between the drive motor and the tool holder, the gearbox being designed to achieve a reduction in speed of an output of the drive motor relative to a speed of the tool holder. The drive motor is a brushless motor and a power supply system for the drive motor is arranged at a distance from the drive motor on the handle element, the power supply system being connected to the drive motor by means of a cable arrangement.
Power tool
A power tool includes a motor and a gear speed reducer. The motor has a motor shaft that is rotatable in a normal direction and in a reverse direction. The gear speed reducer is operably coupled to the motor shaft. The gear speed reducer is configured such that a reduction ratio of the gear speed reducer is changed in response to a change of a rotation direction of the motor shaft.
KICKBACK CONTROL METHODS FOR POWER TOOLS
Kickback control methods for power tools. One power tool includes a movement sensor configured to measure an angular velocity of the housing of the power tool about the rotational axis. The power tool includes an electronic processor coupled to the switching network and the movement sensor and configured to implement kickback control of the power tool. To implement the kickback control, the electronic processor is configured to control the switching network to drive the brushless DC motor, receive measurements of the angular velocity of the housing of the power tool from the movement sensor, determine that a plurality of the measurements of the angular velocity of the housing of the power tool exceed a rotation speed threshold, and control the switching network to cease driving of the brushless DC motor in response to determining that the plurality of the measurements of the angular velocity exceed the rotation speed threshold.
Switch module for a power tool
An electronic switch module for a power tool is provided including a housing, a trigger moveable relative to the housing, a magnet being moveable relative to the housing with the trigger along a movement axis, and a linear hall sensor fixed relative to the housing and intersecting the movement axis of the magnet. The linear hall sensor magnetically detects a linear position of the magnet along the movement axis and outputs a voltage signal based on the detected linear position.
Power tool with clutch and magnetic torque transmission mechanism
A torque transmission mechanism transmits a torque produced by a rotation of a driving shaft to an output shaft. A clutch mechanism is provided between a motor and the torque transmission mechanism. The torque transmission mechanism includes a magnet coupling including a driving magnet member coupled to the driving shaft side and a driven magnet member coupled to the output shaft side. The driving magnet member and the driven magnet member are arranged such that magnetic surfaces on each of which S-pole magnets and N-pole magnets are alternately arranged face other. The clutch mechanism transmits the torque produced by the rotation of the driving shaft to the driving magnet member but does not transmit a torque the driving magnet member receives from the driven magnet member to the driving shaft.
IMPACT TOOL
An impact tool includes an impact assembly and a housing. The impact assembly is used for applying an impact force to an output shaft and includes a main shaft driven by a drive shaft, an impact block connected to the main shaft, and a hammer anvil mating with and struck by the impact block. A motor is at least partially accommodated in the housing. A length L from a rear end of the housing to a front end of the output shaft is greater than or equal to 78 mm and less than or equal to 97 mm and an outer circumferential diameter D of the housing is less than or equal to 60 mm.
