Multi-tool
A multi-tool includes a cylindrical body and a head extended from an end of the cylindrical body, the head to be pivoted between a first position with the head aligned with the cylindrical body and a second position with the head oriented at an angle to the cylindrical body, the head including a cradle to support a segment of a roller chain.
Rotary tool
A rotary tool assembly including a rotary tool having a body with a working end and a rear end, a motor disposed within the body, and a drive shaft rotatably driven by the motor. A base includes a battery receptacle configured to receive a battery pack. A power cord extends between the base and the rotary tool to transfer electric power from the base to the rotary tool to selectively power the motor.
POWER TOOL
A power tool that is configured to provide finishing of a surface of an object wherein the power tool provides movement in a first direction and a second direction. The power tool of the present invention includes a housing wherein the housing has a coupling assembly secured to the front end thereof. The rear end of the housing includes a brush compartment formed therein. A sanding member is releasably secured to the coupling assembly and includes a planar body configured to have sanding paper secured thereto. A filing member is also provided and configured to be releasably secured to the coupling assembly. The filing member includes a rectangular body having formations on the outer surface thereof. A three-way switch provides control to move the sanding member and the filing member in the first and second direction. A battery power supply is disposed in the housing.
BIT HOLDER FOR A POWER TOOL
A storage device for quarter-inch hex shank bits used in a power tool, the storage device including a body having a plurality of holding bores extending along portions of the body; a magnet disposed in the body; a first magnetic inductor disposed at an end of the bore and in contact with a side of the magnet; a second magnetic inductor disposed at an end of the bore and in contact with an opposing side of the magnet; and a mounting bore extending through the body.
Power tool
A power tool is arranged to operate in at least a first operating mode and a second operating mode. The power tool is operative to provide a first type of light signal from a light emitting device arranged to light up an object to be processed when the power tool is set in the first operating mode and to provide a second type of light signal when the power tool is set in the second operating mode.
Lanyard system for power tools
Multiple attached lanyard systems for attaching to a power tool, with each lanyard system comprising a lanyard attached to a driver piece holder that holds a driver piece and is connected to a retraction system. The multiple attached lanyard systems providing a different driver pieces that can be selected by pulling each driver piece out of its attached lanyard system, extending the driver piece past a driver piece receiver and inserting the driver piece into the driver piece receiver.
WALLET
A wallet includes a first metal shell with one or more openings on a shell perimeter adapted to clip one or more objects to the one or more openings; a second metal shell coupled to the first shell with a storage compartment therebetween; and securing a soft material to the first and second metal shells, wherein the soft material comprises compartment to store cards or money therein.
Power tool and operating method for use on the power tool
A power tool, comprising: a housing; a motor being disposed in the housing for outputting rotary power; an output shaft having an accommodating hole in the axial direction for holding a tool bit; a transmission mechanism, being disposed between the motor and the output shaft for transmitting rotary power from the motor to the output shaft; a tool bit supporting being disposed in the housing and including several chambers disposed in parallel for holding the tool bit; a connecting member being disposed in the housing and capable of moving axially between a working position where the connecting member passes through one of the chambers and to accommodate the tool bit in the chamber connect the output shaft, and a release position where the connecting member exits and separates from one of the several chambers; and an operating member is arranged on the housing for controlling the axial movement of the connecting member; the power tool further includes an automatic shifting means for adjusting the position of the tool bit supporting in response to the movement of the operating member, wherein the connecting member moves axially to a position that is separated from one of the several chambers, and the cartridge moves to a position where another chamber is axially corresponding to the output shaft under the action of the automatic shifting means.
Electric utility knife
An electric utility knife having a blade which can facilitate manual precision cutting, at a singular consistent speed or varying speeds, without requiring the user to exert extreme or substantial manual pressure to cut through a material. The blade can be configured as a vibrating/oscillating/rotating blade to perform a majority of the cutting tasks. The user may simply guide the blade and exert minimal manual pressure on the knife. This can reduce the potential for injury and other repetitive motion stress injuries to a user. This can also facilitate greater cutting precision and can reduce cutting time.
Lanyard System
The present invention is a novel lanyard system for a piece releaseably connected to a tool by a piece receiver that includes a lanyard assembly with a two ended strap and a retraction system fixed to the tool in a storage region of the tool. In particular, one end of the strap is connected to the piece and the other strap end is connected to one end of the retraction system. The other end of the retraction system is connected to the tool. The strap is of sufficient length for the retraction system to retract a piece to the storage region after disconnection from the piece receiver. It is contemplated that the retraction system includes at least one spring (coil or helical) to cause the lanyard system to remain under tension while the piece is mounted in a piece receiver, thereby preventing or at least reducing the strap from interfering with the task at hand, the piece, the piece receiver or tool itself. The retraction system has sufficient tensional force to cause the retraction of a piece to the storage region once released from the work region of the tool.
