Slide Cutting Shears
A pair of slide cutting shears that have identical cutting angles of approximately 53 degrees on the thumb and finger blades, and where the thumb blade has approximately only 40% of the top end of the blade sharpened and the remaining section of the working blade is radiused and cannot cut. The shears have a four finger grip, and adjustable bump stop and a tightenable pivot pin assembly to draw the blades closer.

Cutting and snipping device
A cutting and snipping device includes a housing having a front, an opposed rear, an open mouth at the front, opposed sides extending from the front to the rear and each formed with longitudinal slots, and a head projecting from the rear, wherein a blade set into the head is exposed between the head and the rear of the housing. The device includes scissor arms, each having a cutting edge at a front end, an opposed rear end, and a grip extending between the front end and the rear end. The scissor arms are mounted within the housing for scissored movement with respect to each other and for reciprocal movement with respect to the housing between a forward position in which the cutting edges are advanced out of the mouth and a retracted position in which the cutting edges are retracted within the mouth.

GEARED HAND TOOL
A hand tool includes a first jaw; a first handle coupled to a second jaw, the second jaw pivotably coupled to the first jaw and having a first geared structure, the first geared structure including a first plurality of teeth and a first bearing surface; and, a second handle coupled to a lever, the lever pivotably coupled to the first jaw and including a second geared structure, the second geared structure including a second plurality of teeth and a second bearing surface, wherein the first and second handles are movable between a full open position and a full close position such that during movement from the full open position to the full close position, the first plurality of teeth are at least partially engaged with the second plurality of teeth and the first and second bearing surfaces are in rolling contact.
Disbudding secateurs
A method wherein secateurs provide shaped blades suitable for cutting the buds on the shoots of fruiting plants. In particular, the method is relative to secateurs with blades shaped for cutting the mother bud and the secondary buds of the shoots of grapevines in a simple and effective manner. The blades of the secateurs have in fact been designed so as to adapt them to the curvature of the cross section of the shoots.

HAIRDRESSING SCISSORS
Provided is a pair of hairdressing scissors with improved sharpness. The hairdressing scissors include a first scissor member, a second scissor member, and a connecting mechanism including a connecting member. The second scissor member is provided with a long hole relative to which the connecting member moves. Inner hollows of blade body parts are displaced toward the back side at proximal sides of the blade bodies, and curve in parallel with edge lines toward the tips of the blade bodies. Inner hollows of the intermediate parts are provided to pass through the center in the width direction of the intermediate parts. Of the inner hollows of the intermediate parts, contact points are provided at a portion between the inner hollow and the connecting member and at a portion more toward a shank part side relative to the connecting member.
