Bottle for a personal care device
A personal care bottle with a distal end portion and a proximal end with a shoulder. A collapsible bag is positioned within the bottle. The collapsible bag configured to contain a liquid. A cap defining an opening having a frangible seal is cap mounted to the proximal end. The bottle has an outer surface defining a groove extending from the shoulder toward the distal end portion.
SHAVING RAZOR CONTAINER
A shaving razor container with a top surface defining an upper opening. The top surface has a first pair of inner side walls defining a slot. A bottom surface of the shaving razor container defines a lower opening in communication with the upper opening. A side surface of the shaving razor container extends between the top surface and the bottom surface. A first projection extends from the bottom surface toward the top surface. The slot and the projection are configured to engage a shaving razor handle.
Handle for an electrically operated personal care implement
A handle for an electrically operated personal-care implement includes a metal tube housing having a metal wall with an opening and an inner surface, the inner surface defining an inner cavity of the housing for accommodating an energy source, and a switch assembly for activating the energy source. The switch assembly, including a hard switch component and a soft switch component, is arranged in the opening and seals the opening from the inner surface of the wall. The hard switch component comprises a frame having a recess and attached to the inner surface of the metal wall thereby surrounding the opening and providing an undercut between the recess and the inner surface. The undercut is open to the opening, and the soft switch component is positioned in the undercut to at least partially cover the opening.
UTILITY KNIFE WITH REPLACEABLE BLADES AND RELOADABLE BLADE MAGAZINE
A device is disclosed including a reloadable utility knife having a blade magazine with one or more compartments for storing multiple cutting blades. The blade magazine has a reloading compartment for new blades, and a storage compartment to keep additional blades. The blade magazine is loaded from the rear of the knife body and is locked inside. A working blade may be released before reloaded a fresh blade. The working blade can be extended or retracted multiple times via a blade transport mechanism. The blade magazine may be extracted via the lock mechanism and pushed out by a spring designed for this purpose. The blade transport mechanism, the blade release mechanism, and a blade lock mechanism work in cooperation to allow extension and retraction of a blade, disposing of a blade, and reloading of a blade.
RAZOR WITH HANDLE HAVING ARTICULABLE JOINT
A razor has a handle with an articulable joint intermediate the cutting blade and the portion of the handle grasped by a user. The joint is made of resilient elastomeric memory material so that the head of the razor may be moved from an initial position to a displaced position and back to the initial position. The joint has at least one undercut to reduce its thickness and facilitate the moving of the head.
SAFETY RAZOR HANDLE
A razor handle in the form of an elongated body, comprising: a razor head end with a connecting structure, to connect the razor handle to a razor head having a plurality of blades with respective cutting edges which lie in a shaving plane and exert a cutting action when moved across a user's skin in a shaving direction; a free end opposite the razor head end; a lower surface on the same side as the cutting edges of the blades when the razor head is connected to the razor handle; an upper surface opposite the lower surface; a first gripping area on the upper surface, to provide a first gripping position for a finger or thumb of the user; and a second gripping area on the upper surface, to provide a second gripping position for the finger or thumb, the first and second gripping areas having textured surfaces and being separated from one another by a smooth area of the upper surface.
Personal appliance
A personal appliance. The personal appliance includes a handle having an implement connecting structure. An implement is connected to the implement connecting structure. An implement displacement sensor is associated with the handle. The implement displacement sensor measures a displacement of the implement relative to a fixed position of the handle. A power source, an acceleration sensor and an angular velocity sensor are associated with the handle.
RAZOR HANDLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A razor handle and method of manufacture, the razor handle having a connection member for connecting a razor blade cartridge to the handle, a core member, a cap member attached to the core member and an overmolded member surrounding the core member and bounded by the cap member, where the overmolded member and cap member form portions of the exterior surface of the handle.
HANDLE ASSEMBLY AND RECYCLING PROCESS THEREFOR
A handle assembly for a hair removal device, comprising a handle, including a connection portion for supporting a hair removal head and an elongated grip portion extending therefrom, at least a first accessory component, the first accessory component being disassemblable from the grip portion, and a holding mechanism, a first portion of the holding mechanism being engageable with a second portion of the holding mechanism to resist disassembly of the first accessory component from the grip portion. A recycling process for same.
Razor handle comprising inserts within holes and razor comprising such a razor handle
A razor includes a razor handle connected to a razor cartridge. The razor handle includes an elongated body extending in a longitudinal direction, and having an upper face and a lower face opposite the upper face. The upper face and lower face form at least a portion of an outermost surface of the razor handle. The outermost surface is provided with a first hole and a second hole. The first and second holes open on the outermost surface of the razor handle. The first hole extends from the upper face to the lower face of the outermost surface of the elongated body and includes an insert partially encapsulated within the first hole. The second hole includes an elongated bar or rib dividing the second hole into two parts. The elongated bar or rib extend in the longitudinal direction and is exposed on the upper face of the elongated body.
