Portable and Easy-to-use Alternate Fish Cutter
A portable and easy-to-use alternate fish cutter is provided. It includes a housing constituting a handle, a cutting knife, a driving mechanism, a switch button, and a power supply module. The cutting knife includes a pair of left and right knives arranged side by side. It also includes left and right knife arms. It also includes a worm wheel arranged behind the left knife arm and the right knife arm. It also includes a left connecting rod and a right connecting rod. It also includes a worm and a motor for driving the worm wheel to rotate. Surfaces of the worm wheel and the worm are both provided with mutually meshing helical teeth. The structure of the invention is small and portable, fits the shape of traditional knives, can improve the efficiency and experience of slaughtering.
ELECTRIC KNIFE
An electric hand tool (e.g., electric knife) and associated components and methods. The tool includes improved motor venting features and other features.
ELECTRONIC KNIFE AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An electronic knife assembly and associated systems and methods are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the knife includes a blade and a handle operably couplable to the blade. The handle can include an oscillator operably coupled to the blade, at least one sensor configured to obtain one or more measurements, and a controller operably coupled to the oscillator and the least one sensor. The measurements from the sensor can include a spatial position of the electronic knife, a spatial orientation of the electronic knife, a mass of a user's hand, a grip of the user's hand, and/or a resistance to the oscillation of the blade. The controller can adjust an operating frequency of the oscillator based at least partially on the one or more measurements from the at least one sensor. The handle can also include a wireless power supply.
Reciprocating Knife Assembly
The present invention is a reciprocating culinary knife assembly. The assembly is battery operated and operates a steak knife in reciprocating fashion. An ergonomic, oversized handle portion is designed for users with arthritis or other debilitating conditions that render handling small implements difficult. A single removable battery pack is contained within a battery chamber formed at one end of the housing for the assembly; the pack designed for easy snap fit within the chamber. The housing is made of a rigid material which is covered with a pliable material such as rubber or silicon to enhance gripping and further reduce discomfort. A pressure-sensing mechanism operates as an on/off switch to enhance user safety.

Dual reciprocating blade landscape saw with enhanced durability and performance
A dual reciprocating blade landscape saw is operably connected to a rotatable shaft of an input device. The landscape saw includes a worm assembly having a lower housing and a worm disposed therein, the worm operably connected to the rotatable shaft of the input device and having a spiral thread, a worm gear assembly having an upper housing and a worm gear disposed therein, the worm gear having a disk comprising a cutout and a plurality of outer teeth engaged with the spiral thread of the worm, and a pair of blades coupled to opposing sides of the worm gear. The rotatable shaft of the input device drives the worm of the worm assembly. Rotational motion of the worm transfers to the worm gear to permit the pair of blades coupled thereon to move linearly in a reciprocating sequence.
Cam-actuated split blade housing for power operated rotary knife
A blade housing assembly for a power operated rotary knife including a split blade housing and a cam mechanism actuatable for changing a blade housing diameter between a blade supporting position and a blade changing position. The blade housing including an annular blade support section, a mounting section and a radially extending split extending through the mounting section and an inner wall of the blade support section and defining a split distance between first and second circumferential ends of the inner wall. The mounting section includes a first body portion and a second body portion on opposite sides of the radially extending split. The cam mechanism includes a cam plate bridging the first and second body portions and a cam member rotatably supported by the cam plate. The cam member is rotatable between a first, closed position and a second, open position to change the blade housing diameter.
