APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY, ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY MANUFACTURED THERETHROUGH, AND SECONDARY BATTERY
An apparatus for manufacturing an electrode assembly according to the present invention includes a conveyor configured to allow an electrode to travel; and a cutter configured to cut the traveling electrode to a predetermined size, wherein the cutter comprises: an upper cutting blade disposed above the electrode; an upper eccentric driver configured to eccentrically drive the upper cutting blade; a lower cutting blade disposed below the electrode in a direction corresponding to the upper cutting blade; and a lower eccentric driver configured to eccentrically drive the lower cutting blade.
SECONDARY BATTERY POUCH CUTTER AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF
Proposed is a pouch cutter for a secondary battery. The pouch cutter includes a bottom knife (20) having a blade and a top knife (30) having a blade disposed to be adjacent to the blade of the bottom knife (20), wherein the blade of the bottom knife (20) and/or the blade of the top knife (30) are formed at an acute angle, the bottom knife (20) and the top knife (30) are cutters having a square cross section, and at least the top knife (30) from among the top knife (30) and the bottom knife (20) has a first top knife blade (35A), a second top knife blade (35B), a third top knife blade (35C), and a fourth top knife blade (35D), which are formed at an acute angle so as to be adjacent to four corners of the top knife.
CUTTER ADAPTED FOR USE WITH A POWER TOOL
A cutter includes a main body, a cog assembly, and a blade. The main body is provided with an anvil. The cog assembly includes a drive shaft and a first and a second cog. The drive shaft is rotatably connected to the main body. The drive shaft has a first end configured to detachably connect which a power tool. The first cog moves synchronously with the drive shaft. The second cog is rotatably connected to the main body and rotates upon rotation of the first cog. The blade is rotatably connected to the main body and connected to the second cog. The blade is rotatable between a deployment position and a cutting position and has a cutting edge. The cutting edge is disposed away from the anvil when the blade is in the deployment position, but is adjacent to the anvil when the blade is in the cutting position.
PRINTING APPARATUS
A printing apparatus includes a cutter unit that includes a first blade that moves in a first direction from a standby position to a cutting position to cut a printing medium and a drive pin that moves integrally with the first blade, a drive cam which has a cylindrical shape and on a side surface of which a guide groove engaged with the drive pin is provided, and a driving motor that rotates the drive cam, in which, when the drive cam rotates, the guide groove guides, via the drive pin, the first blade in the first direction from the standby position to the cutting position.
PACKING STRAP LENGTH CUTTING APPARATUS
A packing strap length cutting device includes a main body and a control device. The main body has a first frame and a second frame. A strap pulling unit, a calculation unit and a sensing unit are electrically connected to the control device. The strap pulling unit is connected to a strap connecting unit. Thereby, a packing strap can be automatically pulled out a predetermined length through the strap pulling unit, and then the strap cutting unit is driven by a driving member of the strap pulling unit to cut the packing strap in the predetermined length, assisting a user in completing the cutting operation quickly.
PRINTER
A printer configured to cut recording paper with a fixed blade and a movable blade has a push member configured to push out the movable blade or racks provided at both longitudinal ends of the movable blade, to expose a blade of the movable blade, and the push member is fixed in position while the blade is exposed.
Cutter unit including fixed blade and movable blade to cut item in cooperation with each other
A cutter unit includes a first frame, a fixed blade, a movable blade, a movable blade drive mechanism and a pressure mechanism. The fixed blade has a first cutting edge portion. One end portion of the movable blade has one end configured to cut a cut item in cooperation with the first cutting edge portion. The second cutting edge portion and the first cutting edge portion contacting with each other at a first point and a second point. Another end portion of the movable blade has a contacting portion in contact with the first frame at a third point. The first point, the second point and the third point define an imaginary triangle. The pressure member presses the movable blade at a pressure contact position so that the movable blade presses against the fixed blade. The pressure contact position is positioned substantially within the imaginary triangle.
Steel belted Conveyor for Trimming Dried Cannabis Flowers
In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus comprises: (1) a track with specifically designed conveyor blades for cutting; (2) a motor for conveying the conveyor blades over each other; (3) a tumble blade to gently move or tumble the flowers over the conveyor blade; and, (4) trimmed flower excavation chute for collecting trimmed buds.
Cutting unit for a labeling device, and labeling device having such a cutting unit
A cutting unit comprising a cutting drum, a drum knife, a counterpart knife, and a double-joint controller that controls swiveling about a first joint, which swivels the counterpart knife between a cutting position and a waiting position, and swiveling about a second joint, which permits adjustment of a knife gap that forms between the counterpart knife and the drum knife in the cutting position. The drum knife is disposed on a circumference of the drum such that rotation of the drum guides the drum knife past the counterpart knife to cut a label when the counterpart knife is in the cutting position. In the waiting position, the counterpart knife is out of active engagement with the drum knife. The second joint permits adjustment of the knife gap such that the knife gap remains adjusted independently of swiveling about the first joint.
Medium cutter and liquid discharge apparatus
A medium cutter includes a conveyor configured to convey a medium in a conveyance direction, a cutter configured to cut the medium from one end of medium in a cutting direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction, a first holder movable to contact a first surface of the one end of medium, and a second holder configured to contact a second surface of the one end of medium opposite the first surface. The first holder is disposed downstream of the cutter in the conveyance direction, and the first holder moves to the one end of medium to pinch and hold the one end of medium between the first holder and the second holder.
