RECYCLE APPARATUS FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE
The disclosure provides a recycle apparatus. The recycle apparatus is configured to separate a back sheet and a glass sheet assembly of a photovoltaic module. The recycle apparatus includes a conveyor, a flattening device, and a cutting tool. The conveyor includes a first roller and a second roller opposite to each other. The flattening device is located aside the first roller and the second roller. The cutting tool is located aside the flattening device. The flattening device is located between the first roller and the second roller of the conveyor and the cutting tool. The first roller and the second roller is configured to clamp the photovoltaic module and to feed the photovoltaic module to the flattening device configured to flatten the photovoltaic module and to the cutting tool configured to separate the back sheet from the glass sheet assembly.
Method for simplification of complex weeding contours
A method of weeding a design in a substrate have a first layer and a second layer is disclosed. The method determines an outline of the design and an inlet portion of the outline. The inlet portion is defined on at least a first and second side by the outline of the design and is open on at least a third side. The method cuts through the first layer but not the second layer along at least a portion of the outline that is not included in the inlet portion. The method also cuts through both the first and second layers along the inlet portion of the outline. The method also cuts through both the first and second layers along a path that closes the third side of the inlet portion.
Cutting machine
A cutting machine for cutting a foam product from a foam blank. The cutting machine has a blank holder adapted to receive the foam blank and a cutting blade. At least one of the blank holder and the cutting blade is mounted for movement relative to the other. The blank holder has a first component having a die projection formed on a front surface of the first component. A second component has a cutting surface and an aperture. A third component has a cutting surface and is locatable in the aperture. At least one of the first component and the second component is mounted for movement relative to the other between a first configuration, in which the first and second components are distal to one another, and a second configuration, in which the first and second components are proximal to one another.
METHOD FOR DISASSEMBLING A PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE AND ASSOCIATED INSTALLATION
A photovoltaic module includes a first protective element, a second protective element, photovoltaic cells that are located between the first protective element and the second protective element, an envelope in which the photovoltaic cells are encapsulated. The envelope links the first protective element to the second protective element and includes a first portion that is located between the photovoltaic cells and the first protective element, and a second portion that is located between the photovoltaic cells and the second protective element. The disassembly method includes separating the photovoltaic cells with respect to the first protective element and cutting the first portion of the envelope by an abrasive wire.
Recycle apparatus for photovoltaic module
A recycle apparatus includes a conveyor, a flattening device, and a cutting tool. The conveyor includes a first roller and a second roller opposite to each other. The flattening device is located aside the first roller and the second roller. The cutting tool is located aside the flattening device. The flattening device is located between the first roller and the second roller of the conveyor and the cutting tool. The first roller and the second roller is configured to press and feed the photovoltaic module to the flattening device for allowing the photovoltaic module to be flattened by the flattening device, and then the flattened photovoltaic module is fed to the cutting tool by the first roller and the second roller for allowing the back sheet to be separated from the glass sheet assembly by the cutting tool.
METHOD FOR SIMPLIFICATION OF COMPLEX WEEDING CONTOURS
A method of and system for weeding a design in a substrate have a first layer and a second layer is disclosed. The method and system determines an outline of the design and an inlet portion of the outline. The inlet portion is defined on at least a first and second side by the outline of the design and is open on at least a third side. The method and system cuts through the first layer but not the second layer along at least a portion of the outline that is not included in the inlet portion. The method and system also cuts through both the first and second layers along the inlet portion of the outline. The method and system also cuts through both the first and second layers along a path that closes the third side of the inlet portion.
Device for splitting foam bodies
A thin layer is cut from a foam material body using a band-knife. A take-off device that lifts and removes the layer from the cutting site, includes a belt conveyor with an electrostatically chargeable conveyor element. The layer is lifted and removed from the cutting site by electrostatic attraction to the conveyor element.
Features and manufacturing methods for a case for a portable electronic device
An accessory unit for use with an electronic device is described. Accessory unit includes a front flap and a rear cover. The rear cover includes a recessed portion that defines a chamber and a lip portion. The chamber is configured to receive a consumer electronic device, and the lip portion is configured to hold the consumer electronic device therein by an interference fit that exposes substantially all of a display portion of the consumer electronic product. The front flap can include segments formed from panels with folding regions therebetween, which allow the front flap to fold. Further, an end region of the front flap pivotally couples the front flap to the rear cover, such that the front flap may be moved between open and closed configurations. The front may include magnetic elements.
LOTTERY TOOL
A lottery tool that is a rectangular chip with a plurality of holes which may overlay a grid of numbers on a lottery gaming slip, allowing a user to select numbers for the lottery game. The lottery tool has a randomly generated pattern of 5-10 holes and is used by randomly placing the tool over the gaming slip, by direct placement, by dropping the tool onto the betting slip, or by spinning the tool on a hub. The user then fills in the lottery slip and repeats the process until a requisite amount of numbers are selected. Opposed edges of the tool are serrated to form teeth for use in removing coatings from hidden number lottery tickets.
