Vertical slicer
A vertical slicer includes a frame having a cover plate with a central opening and a hopper positioned over the opening. A carriage having a deck and a main cutting blade is attached to a spring-loaded plunger for reciprocating vertical movement within the frame. A tray collects food items cut by the main blade, which can be selectively adjusted to change a slicing thickness. A locking switch is configured to lock the plunger and carriage in a lowered locked position.
Slicer apparatus
A manually-operated, foodstuff slicer includes a top plate and bottom plate coupled together and housing a cutting blade within a recess formed between the plates. The top plate and bottom plate include spaced, circular holes defined therethrough and axially aligned, respectively, and the planar cutting blade having a handle and a plurality of circular holes which correspond in size and shape to the holes defined through the top and bottom plates. The blade is slidably retained between the top and bottom plates and movable along a plane similar to the plates.
SPIRALIZING MANDOLIN
A mandolin slicer includes a blade assembly suitable for making spiral cut slices, including a frame having a pair of opposing frame sidewalls and a downwardly extending lower support, a slicing ramp positioned at a first end of the mandolin slicer and between the pair of frame sidewalls, a runout plate positioned at a second end of the mandolin slicer and between the pair of frame sidewalls, and a blade assembly positioned between the pair of frame sidewalls.
KITCHEN UTENSIL
Provided is a kitchen utensil which can respond to an object having any shape. A kitchen utensil (10) according to the present invention has a holding portion (12) and a blade member (15) having a blade (17) supported by the holding portion, and the blade is protruded forward of the holding portion.
FOOD CUTTER
The invention relates to a food cutter. The food cutter includes a vessel cup; a fixing base assembled in the vessel cup; a supporting body assembled to the vessel cup; a locking mechanism assembled in the supporting body; a screw cutter extending through the supporting body and the locking mechanism; and a handheld host connected to the screw cutter. The locking mechanism includes a resilient member, a movable bracket, a shaft sleeve, two sliding half threaded sheaths and a rotating cover.
FOOD PUSHERS AND FOOD HOLDER SYSTEMS AND MANDOLINES INCORPORATING THE SAME
A mandoline has a food holder and a food pusher, the food holder being slidable along the body and the food pusher being rotatably mounted on the food holder, the food pusher having a first pusher wall and a second pusher wall, the second pusher wall being in the form of a substantially flat plate and the first pusher wall being arranged perpendicular to the second pusher wall and being jaw-shaped in nature.
FOOD SLICER
A food slicer comprising a cutter element and a food holder having a food-engaging surface moveable relative to a cutting surface of the food slicer for cutting food product held between the food-engaging surface and the cutting surface. The food-engaging surface is inclined with respect to the cutting surface so that it exerts a pushing force on food product during use.
MOTORIZED SPIRAL CUTTING DEVICE
A food spiral cutting machine, suitable for cutting fruits or vegetables into a continuous spiral or julienne. The spiral cutting machine includes a base, a drive unit, a screw, a cutter assembly and a locking device; the drive unit comprises a motor, a gearbox and an open drive nut; the gearbox comprises a planetary gear reduction group and a pair of bevel gears, a first bevel gear connects to the output of the planetary gear set, and the first bevel gear drives a second bevel gear which is provided with a spline inside the gear center hole. The first bevel gear meshes with the second bevel gear at right angle. An open drive nut rests on the underside of the screw. A screw is provided with a slot along the screw axis. The spline of the second bevel gear keys with the slot of the screw. When the second bevel gear is driven by the motor via the planetary gear set and the first bevel gear, the spline in the second bevel gear turns the screw. As the open drive nut meshing with the screw is stationary, the screw rotation results in linear movement of the screw along the screw axis. The distal end of the screw is fitted with a spikey disk, where there is a center pin and circumferential spikes such that fruit or vegetable can be supported and butted against the cutter assembly. By the simultaneous rotation and linear movement of the screw, the required motion to spirally cut fruit or vegetable is realized.
Food Slicer and Shredder
The present invention relates generally to the field of vegetable shredders. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improved food slicer and shredder device that enables the users to easily cut different food items such as vegetables to a desired size. The device may also include a kit comprised of a plurality of blade attachments to cut food items of different sizes, and a chute attachment that allows the users to direct sliced food items into a bowl. The device features different cutting speed options that can be easily set by the user for improved cutting. As a result, this invention offers an improved food processing tool for personal and professional kitchens, and eliminates the need to use multiple tools/devices to cut vegetables of desired size.
FRUIT PEELER
A fruit peeler includes a base and a planing blade. The base includes a first rotating member and a second rotating member rotatable relative to the first rotating member. The first rotating member has a fixed arm that has a first position perpendicular to the first rotating member. One end of the fixed arm is connected to the first rotating member, and another end of the fixed arm has an insertion pin extending toward an inner side direction of the fixed arm and rotatable relative to the fixed arm. The planing blade is mounted on a planer frame that is arranged at the fixed arm, and is connected to the second rotating member. The planer frame has a third position perpendicular to the second rotating member. The planing blade can perform a reciprocating curve movement in an axial direction of the insertion pin when the second rotating member rotates.
