FOOD PRODUCT LOAD ASSEMBLY FOR A FOOD PRODUCT SLICING APPARATUS
A food product forming machine is configured to slice food product into slices. A main frame mounts a load assembly which receives food product and moves the food product through an opening in the main frame, a feed assembly downstream of the load assembly which moves food product through the main frame, and a slicing assembly downstream of the feed assembly which slices the food product into slices. In a first embodiment, the load assembly is at a rear end of the main frame, and in a second embodiment, the load assembly is at a side of the main frame. The load assembly is pivotally mounted to the main frame.
MACHINE FOR CUTTING LOGS WITH GRINDING WHEELS AND METHOD
The machine includes a feeding path for the logs to be cut and a cutting head arranged along the feeding path. The cutting head includes a coupling for a disc-shaped cutting blade and is designed to impart the disc-shaped cutting blade a rotary motion around the axis thereof and a cyclic movement to cut the logs into single rolls, and to allow the logs to move forward along the feeding path. The machine also includes at least a grinding unit, including at least one grinding wheel mounted onto a rotation shaft and co-acting with a side of the disc-shaped cutting blade to grind the cutting edge of the same disc-shaped cutting blade. A controlled approach system is also provided to move the grinding wheel towards the disc-shaped cutting blade.
METHOD AND MACHINE FOR CUTTING LOGS OF WOUND WEB MATERIAL
The cutting machine for cutting logs of web material, includes a cutting head arranged along the feeding path of the logs. The cutting head includes a coupling for a disc-shaped cutting blade and is designed to impart the disc-shaped cutting blade a rotary motion around the axis thereof and a cyclic movement to cut the logs into single rolls, and to allow the logs to move forward along the feeding path. The machine also includes a store unit for disc-shaped cutting blades associated with the cutting head. A handling member is provided to remove a worn disc-shaped cutting blade from the cutting head and replace the worn disc-shaped cutting blade with a new disc-shaped cutting blade taken from the store unit.

Cutting apparatus
A cutting apparatus includes a blade changing apparatus. The blade changing apparatus includes a blade mounting and removal portion, which in turn includes: a holding portion that removably holds a circular base of a cutting blade; a moving support portion that supports the holding portion and moves the holding portion to a removal and mounting position at which an insertion hole in the blade faces a boss of a blade mount; and a coupling mechanism that couples the holding portion with the moving support portion such that the holding portion is freely tiltable with respect to the moving support portion. The coupling mechanism includes a plurality of elastic member pairs, each pair, while tensioning the holding portion in opposite directions, fixing the holding portion to the moving support portion. Forces acting from the elastic member pairs balance each other to thereby support the holding portion tiltably and aerially.

SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveyor, a processing tool, a processing-tool contact-and-separation device, a processing-tool moving device, and a processing-tool facing device. The conveyor conveys a sheet. The processing tool processes the sheet. The processing-tool contact-and-separation device brings the processing tool into contact with the sheet and separates the processing tool from the sheet. The processing-tool moving device moves the processing tool in an intersecting direction intersecting a conveyance direction of the sheet. The processing-tool facing device faces the processing tool with the sheet interposed between the processing-tool facing device and the processing tool. The processing-tool contact-and-separation device includes a regulating member configured to regulate movement of the sheet in a different direction from both the conveyance direction and the intersecting direction.
