TRIM TOOL WITH ADJUSTABLE TRIM CENTERS
A thermoforming trim tool which comprises a punch side and a die side. The punch side moves to the die side in order to trim molded articles from a heated thermoforming sheet that is disposed therebetween. While the punch side of the tool comprises a plurality of punches, the die side of the tool comprises a plurality of dies, and both the punches and the dies are engaged with upper mount plates. Each of the upper mount plates is engaged with a lower mount plate via one or more location keys. Each of the location keys is configured to provide that the upper mount plates are shifted a pre-determined distance relative to the lower mount plate, thereby providing trim centers which are adjusted to account for pre-determined shrinkage in the sheet.
PRECISION POSITIONING DEVICE OF A UNIT-TYPE DIE CUTTING & HOT STAMPING MACHINE AND A WORKING METHOD THEREOF
A precision positioning device of a unit-type die cutting & hot stamping machine includes a positioning element on an input end of a first imprinting element and a positioning element on an output end of each imprinting element. Two neighboring positioning elements accomplish the positioning between the two positioning elements together. Each positioning element is constituted by a positioning assembly installed symmetrically on each end of the imprinting element. The positioning assembly includes a positioning rod which can rotate against an installation shaft. Each positioning rod includes a positioning block which is provided with a reference surface. A rear side of the gripper is provided with a reference matching surface. By the positioning elements, the accuracy in the art of die cutting & hot stamping can be assured when the machine is performing a multiple-working-position procedure.

A mounting device (12) for mounting a tooling board (14) in a flat bed die-cutting, stripping or blanking machine comprises at least one first clamping jaw (38) which is moveable from an unlocked position, in which a tooling board (14) may be removed from or inserted into the machine, to a locked position, in which a tooling board (14) may be fixed in the machine, at least one actuator (18) which comprises a moveable piston (54) and a piston rod (56) coupled to the piston (54), wherein the actuator (18) is configured to transfer the at least one first clamping jaw (38) from the locked position to the unlocked position, and wherein the actuator (18) is coupled to the at least one clamping jaw (38) via an attachment point (60) which has a fixed position relative to the first clamping jaw (38). Furthermore, a mounting assembly (10) comprising a mounting device (12) is provided.
AUTOMATIC CUSHION-ATTACHING DEVICE
The present invention relates to an automatic cushion-attaching device for attaching cut cushions or cutting and attaching cushions to a cutting plate so that the cushions are attached along both sides of the position at which a blade portion is mounted to the cutting plate. At least two of the attached cushions are automatically attached to the cutting plate next to the blade portion according to the shape of the blade portion. Since the operation of attaching the cushions to the cutting plate is automatically performed in a single machine, the present invention has the effect of achieving very high attachment speed and good productivity.
Cutting system for soft materials using replaceable blades
A system may include a blade die, a first clamping caul positioned on a first side of the blade die, and a second clamping caul positioned on a second side of the blade die. A molding surface of the blade die and a molding surface of the first clamping caul may be configured to bend a first interchangeable blade positioned therebetween into a first shape in response to a first compression force. A second molding surface of the blade die and a molding surface of the second clamping caul may be configured to bend a second interchangeable blade positioned therebetween into a second shape in response to a second compression force.

A stamping tray includes a tray body and a base board. The tray body defines a number of mounting grooves for receiving workpieces to be scrapped. The base board is located on a side of the tray body away from the mounting grooves. Each of the mounting grooves defines a through hole extending to the base board.

A centring block (12) for centring a tooling board (14) in a flat bed die-cutting, stripping or blanking machine is provided, the tooling board (14) having a protruding alignment element (30), comprising a first clamp (24) and a second clamp (26) which are arranged adjacent to each other to define a reception space (28) between them and which are mounted linearly moveable separately from each other in a direction perpendicular to a main extension plane of the tooling board (14) and at least one biasing means (34) which is configured to bias the first and the second clamps (24, 26) towards an aligning position against the tooling board (14), wherein each of the clamps (24, 26) comprises a stop portion (31) for restricting a movement of the tooling board (14) in an insertion and an opposite direction and to fix the tooling board (14) is in a centre position. Furthermore, a centring assembly (10) comprising a centring block (12) is provided.

A padding system mountable on a working surface of a die press device to provide a cushion for die cutting includes one or more padding blocks, each of the one or more padding blocks including a backing layer and a padding layer. The backing layer is composed of a flexible magnetic material and the padding layer is composed of a soft cushion material. The padding layer is bonded to the backing layer.

A rule to be inserted into a die-board that is pressed onto a plate matter, the rule including: a multi-edge cutting blade having a cutting blade edge, the cutting blade edge divided into multiple sections with multiple spacings between the multiple sections; and a plurality of connecting pieces configured to fit into the multiple spacings and to provide support for the multiple sections of the cutting blade edge when the rule is pressed onto the plate matter.
MULTI-PURPOSE ACID-ETCHED METALLIC STAMPS AND DIES
A metallic stamp and die for the craft industry comprises a predetermined acid-etched design on a surface of a metallic plate. A first layer of a metallic paint is applied over the front and back surfaces of the metallic stamp and die. A second layer of a rubber paint is applied over the metallic paint. The metallic paint facilitates bonding of the rubber paint to the metallic plate and increases the life of the coating of the rubber paint. The rubber paint is configured to absorb and store an ink and facilitate transfer of the ink to one or more substrates, thus enabling stamping of the design on the substrate. The metallic die can be configured for a plurality of uses, such as embossing, cutting, heat-foiling, stamping, scoring, and inserting patterns or designs in a plurality of substrates.
