Separating device
A separating device for separating a continuous single piece of material into individual work pieces includes an supporting block, a moving assembly, a separating assembly and an controller. The supporting block defines a feeding portion for the single material to pass through. The moving assembly is connected to the feeding portion and blows into the feeding portion to push individual work pieces to move along the feeding portion. The separating assembly is positioned on the supporting block. The controller is positioned on either side of the supporting block for recording and signaling the creation of an individual work piece. When the controller signals another work piece, the first separating element presses a following work piece.

EXPANDING MACHINE AND EXPANDING METHOD
An expanding machine for expanding a sheet having a workpiece bonded on the sheet. The expanding machine includes an expansion mechanism configured to expand the sheet, a cooling unit that cools the workpiece bonded on the sheet, and a temperature distribution detection unit that, before expanding the sheet by the expansion mechanism, detects a temperature distribution of the workpiece cooled by the cooling unit. A method for expanding a sheet having a workpiece bonded on the sheet is also disclosed.

APPLICATIONS OF A LINEAR SHAPED CHARGE ELECTRO-EXPLOSIVE (LSCe) DEVICE
A linear shaped charged Electro-Explosive (LSCe) Device includes an initiator in direct and intimate contact with an exposed portion of the LSC's main charge. In different configurations, the initiator's package, initiation charge or initiation circuit (acting over a gap) are in direct and intimate contact with the main charge. The LSCe device may be manufactured by connecting a packaged initiator to an opening in the LSC housing through which a portion of the main charge is exposed or by forming the initiator in situ in a receptacle coupled to the housing around the opening. The LSCe device can be used for such applications as thrust or mechanical termination of an airframe, cable cutting or initiation of a LSC.
