A hanger for suspending a chainsaw in a display is provided. The display may include a bar assembly that includes two parallel bars that project substantially parallel to each other. The hanger may include a first interface portion disposed at a first end of the body, and the first interface portion may include a first aperture and a second aperture. The hanger may additionally include a second interface portion disposed proximate to a second end, and a portion of the first face of the body may extend along a guide bar of the chainsaw. The second interface portion may align with a receiving orifice formed in the guide bar to enable a releasable fastener to operably couple the guide bar to the hanger. The first and second apertures may be configured to slidingly engage with the bars of the bar assembly to suspend the chainsaw from the bar assembly.

The battery holding portion includes a plurality of openings including a first opening through which the battery passes when inserted and a second opening provided at a position that is separated from a front end of the battery held in the holding space in the insertion direction.

Activation of the prime mover drives the transmission element. Each of the one or more interchangeable saw cartridges includes a saw blade and is interchangeably connectable to the body. The connection of one of the one or more interchangeable saw cartridges to the body causes the saw blade of the one of the one or more interchangeable saw cartridges to be drivable by the transmission element.

A throttle activator includes a tubular member rotationally mounted on the drive shaft assembly. The tubular member defines a gripping area. Twisting rotation of the throttle activator adjusts an amount of power produced by said power provider.

The power and drive assembly includes a motor and a gear train. The motor is disposed within the housing and is configured to be powered by the battery pack. The gear train is driven by the motor and configured to drive the cutting chain. The housing, the guide bar, and the power and drive assembly each contribute to a total weight of the chainsaw. A power output by the power and drive assembly compared to the total weight defines a power-to-weight ratio of above 150 Watts per Pound.

When the chainsaw is placed on a horizontal mounting surface and viewed in the direction along the rotation axis, an angle between (i) a straight line connecting the rotation axis and a position where the first facing surface and the second facing surface are connected and (ii) a horizontal plane may be in a range of −10 degrees to 25 degrees.
