Disclosed herein is a portable wood log splitter comprising a power unit and a work tool. The power unit comprises an engine and a gear box while the work tool comprises a drive shaft having a spreading mechanism and a splitting threaded cone. In some embodiments, the work tool is releasable from an output shaft of the gear box. The drive shaft of the work tool is hollow and provided with a thread on the outer circumference to drive the spreading mechanism. A nut with a toothed disc resides on the thread and able to shift in the axial direction of the drive shaft rotation axis due to rotation of the drive shaft. In operation, the splitting threaded cone is driven by force of the power unit to initially fracture a log, then using the spreading mechanism, the portions of the split log are fully separated under power.

A short bar sprocket and pump assembly as well as short bar sprocket and pump and chainsaw motor assemblies are provided. A short bar assembly having a cooling assembly attached thereto is provided. A chainsaw chain drive assembly having a cooling assembly for the chain drive is provided.

A chainsaw having a scraper used to clean or debark wood before a saw chain makes a cut is disclosed. The chainsaw includes a housing, a first casing and a second casing coupled to the housing. The first casing has a plurality of first spikes and the second casing has a plurality of second spikes. Further, the chainsaw includes a guide bar coupled to the housing. Additionally, the chainsaw includes a saw chain provided around the guide bar. The chainsaw further includes a scraper coupled to the first casing and the second casing. The scraper is aligned in axis with the saw chain. The scraper is used to clear dirt or debark on wood before the saw chain makes a cut on the wood. Thereby, protecting the teeth of the chain of the chainsaw as to extend its lifespan and require less sharpening of the teeth of the chain.

According to examples, a modular power tool may include a motor housing including an electric motor, a drive member connected to the electric motor, the drive member being connected to a drive coupler, an extension pole including an input shaft having a first end connector and a second end connector, in which the first end connector is configured to mate with the drive coupler, and an attachment component having an attachment connector and a working implement, in which the attachment component is configured to mate with either of the drive coupler and the second end connector.

A centrifugal water pump system provided to a chainsaw comprises a water pump head with a suction pipe and a discharge pipe, a coupling device configured to operably connect the chainsaw bar to the water pump head, and chainsaw accessories including stabilizer spikes, and a throttle control.

The disclosure provides a multi-purpose portable gardening tool with multiple heads and combinations, belonging to the technical field of electric gardening tools. It solves the technical problems that the existing gardening tools have single function and are inconvenient to carry.
