ROUTING JIG AND TENON FASTENER FOR CREATING CONCEALED MORTISE AND TENONS
A routing jig and tenon fastener comprising of a jig that has a means to index a router the proper pathway to create a mortise in any object, and a means for indexing and installation of a corresponding tenon, specifically a routing jig and tenon fastener that is easily maneuverable, fixed or adjustable, in a form being an adjustable routing jig being comprised of a mortise mounting member and an adjustable indexing member, with different sizes and quadrilateral shapes to allow for smaller or larger mortise to be carved out by a router tool, the ability to index on a corner or edge where a mortise can be created, with means to attach the jig to the surface which allows the jig becomes a guide for a router tool to create a mortise, wherein the jig can be used as an indexing guide for aligning and attaching the uniquely and specifically designed quadrilateral tenon fastener for the mortise created by the routing jig, the tenon designed with specific holes, slots, grooves, or mounting options for attaching table legs or other objects, and the specifically placed holes, slots, and grooves allow for different sized screws and fasteners to be installed flush to the tenon.
Machine for inserting a tongue
A machine for inserting a tongue in an insertion groove in a panel. An operation of the machine involves displacing a first tongue to an end position of a tongue queue, which includes tongues under compression, in a tongue queue device, compressing the first tongue, displacing the tongues in the tongue queue by compression forces from the tongues under compression, displacing a second tongue, which is at a front position of the tongue queue, to an inserting device, displacing the second tongue into an insertion groove in a panel by the inserting device.

Modular furniture with stressed dovetail tab joint
An improved joint is provided for modular furniture. The joint includes a dovetail shaped tab and a corresponding slot. The tab is held in the slot such that the tab is maintained in an elastically bent position while the item of modular furniture is in an assembled configuration. The tab and slot provides increased stiffness and rigidity to the piece of furniture while allowing the piece of furniture to be assembled without fasteners such as screws or nails.
Method and device for inserting a tongue
A method and device for managing and separating a tongue from a tongue blank, including cutting a first edge of a tongue from the tongue blank by rotating a tool which includes a protruding part, and displacing the tongue by the protruding part to a tongue queue. The method and device may include a second tool for cutting a second edge of the tongue from the tongue blank.

ELECTRONIC JIG ADVANCED SYSTEM (EJAS) FOR WORKPIECES JOINERY
A system for forming a joint, the system may include a controller; and a hold and movement unit that is configured to: (a) hold a first cuttable element while the first cuttable element is being cut by a cutting element during multiple first cut iterations; and (b) execute, under a control of the controller, first movement commands for moving the first cuttable element, along a first axis, between one cut iteration to another to form a first requested pattern of recesses. The first movement commands are generated based on a user request regarding the joint, and one or more cutting element parameters.

Jig for fabricating concave-convex structure and concave-convex structure fabrication method using same
The present invention provides a jig for fabricating a concave-convex structure. The jig for fabricating a concave-convex structure is coupled to a multipurpose woodworking device including a woodworking work table for performing a plurality of operations for forming a concave-convex structure and a router mounted on the woodworking work table to perform the operations for forming a concave-convex structure, using a plurality of end mills. Furthermore, the jig for fabricating a concave-convex structure includes at least one of a wood piece support jig supporting or fixing a wood piece to be fabricated, a shaping guide jig allowing for forming shapes corresponding to the operations for forming a concave-convex structure, and a stopper jig maintaining X-axial movement of the router by intervals corresponding to the operations for forming a concave-convex structure. Accordingly, it is possible to easily fabricate circular, round, rectangular, dovetailed, and gallery-shaped grooves and joints.
