Stave, Wooden Barrel with Staves, and Method for Producing Staves
The staves for producing wooden barrels are assembled of individual segments which are fixedly connected to each other at end faces. The individual segments are shorter wood pieces that are assembled such that the stave has the required length. The wooden barrel is produced of such staves which are placed against each other seal-tightly with their narrow sides. The individual segments are machined at their end faces such that individual segments resting against each other after assembly are positioned at an angle relative to each other and form a raw stave that is curved across the length.
DEVICE AND METHOD OF HEATING/BENDING/FORMING AND HEATING/TOASTING BARRELS, CASKS, VATS AND THE LIKE FOR REFINING, CONDITIONING AND AGEING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND OTHER FOODS
A heating/bending/forming and heating/toasting device of barrels, casks, vats or the like comprising: heating/toasting means (brazier) suitable to generate heat to produce the heating/toasting of an inner side wall of a wooden container for ageing food substances, such as a barrel, cask, vat or the like, said container comprising a plurality of staves arranged side by side along the perimeter with each other to form a polyline closed at a first longitudinal end thereof, bending/forming means of said staves wherein the device comprises centering means operatively connected to the heating/toasting means and suitable to be operatively connected to the staves on the side of the free ends of the staves opposite, along a longitudinal extension axis, the first longitudinal ends, said centering means moving the heating/toasting means to said central axis of symmetry of the barrel, cask, vat or the like.
DEVICE AND METHOD OF HEATING/BENDING/FORMING AND HEATING/TOASTING BARRELS, CASKS, VATS AND THE LIKE FOR REFINING, CONDITIONING AND AGEING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND OTHER FOODS

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECYCLING A BARREL
Systems and methods for merging recycling a barrel are disclosed. The method includes removing one or more barrel bands from the barrel that holds one or more barrel staves radially around a circumference of the barrel. The one or more barrel bands are removed by sliding from an inner position on an outside of the barrel to a smaller end portion of the barrel. The method further includes reversing an arc of the one or more barrel staves. The method further includes determining a joint side angle of the one or more barrel staves. In addition, the method includes machining the joint side angle on two longitudinal sides of the barrel staves such that the barrel staves are assembled into a recycled barrel such that the outside of the barrel staves faces an inside of the recycled barrel.
STAVE WOOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF STAVES OF WOOD CONTAINERS
A stave wood for the production of a stave of a wood container, having a first layer of a first wood and a second layer of wood. The second layer being a layer of a second wood different from the first wood. The first and second layers of wood being assembled together exclusively by a mortice and tenon joint with no adhesive binder. The face of the second layer opposite that intended to form an exterior face of the stave includes one or more tenons forming a projection thereon extending only along the longitudinal axis of the stave wood. The face of the first layer of wood opposite that is intended to an interior face of the stave includes a corresponding mortice for each tenon of the second layer of wood a extending along the longitudinal axis of the stave wood.
