DISPOSABLE CUTTING BOARD AND CUTLERY
A disposable cutting board and a process for the manufacture of the disposable cutting board are disclosed. The disposable cutting board includes a center layer, a first outer layer, and a second outer layer. The center layer has opposed outer surfaces and is made from a block of wood which is substantially free of sugar, lathed, and sanded. At least the first outer layer is a wax paper and is bonded to one of the outer surfaces of the center layer for forming the disposable cutting board. In another aspect, disposable cutlery and a process for the manufacture of the disposable cutlery are disclosed. The disposable cutlery is made from a block of wood substantially free of sugar, lathed, sanded, and impregnated with wax.
Bamboo straw machining method
The invention relates to the technical field of bamboo products machining, in particular to a bamboo straw machining method, comprising: connecting two or more bamboo pieces to form a bamboo strip, continuously winding the bamboo strip according to a preset helical angle to form a cylinder, and cutting the cylinder according to a preset interval to form straws. Compared with traditional methods, the method has the following advantages: bamboo pieces are continuously connected to obtain a bamboo strip for continuous production, then the continuous bamboo strip is continuously wound to obtain a cylinder which is good in mechanical property, stable in structure and uniform in appearance, and finally, the cylinder is cut at equal intervals to continuously produce bamboo straws that are highly consistent in specification and performance; and the working efficiency is improved by over 20% on the whole. Labor and equipment costs are greatly reduced.
Multipurpose Segmented Turning Segments and Rings
A turning assembly used to form at least a portion of a turned object comprises a plurality of prism block segments. The outer face includes a width that is greater than a width of the inner face. A radial central axis extends between and is perpendicular to the outer face and the inner face and has a length greater than the width of the inner face. A first set of block segments is arranged in a side-to-side orientation to form a first turning blank with the outer faces generally forming a regular polygon. A second set of block segments is arranged in a side-to-side orientation to form a second turning blank with the outer faces generally forming a regular polygon. The first turning blank is coupled to the second turning blank to form a coupled turning blank that is formed into the portion of the turned object.
TOOL FOR MAKING WOODEN STRAWS AND THE PROCESS OF PRODUCTION
A new method of producing wooden straws from pure wood using a special set of tools and steps in the production. The procedure is carried out using a modified shaping and cutter machine, which is normally used for metal processing, by adding a special tool and cylinders. The wooden straw has multiple advantages compared to the previous state of the art, especially in relation to ecological advantages in preserving the health of people and the environment, since no glues or additives of any kind are used in the production process.

BAMBOO BOWL AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF
A production process of a bamboo bowl includes: cutting out arc-shaped bamboo strips on a bamboo board; splicing the bamboo strips into a bamboo ring; finally gluing several bamboo rings with gradually larger diameters on the bottom of the bamboo bowl successively to form a bamboo bowl billet, and making into a bamboo bowl after subsequent processings. The bamboo bowl made by the above production process includes a bamboo bowl bottom and bamboo rings superimposed on the bamboo bowl bottom; the bamboo ring consists of at least two arc-shaped bamboo strips, the diameters of the bamboo rings are gradually increased from the bottom up; the arc-shaped bamboo strips are fixed through adhesive, and the bamboo rings are also fixed through adhesive.

WOOD BOWL FOR A STAND MIXER AND RELATED METHODS
A mixing bowl includes a bowl body defining an exterior and an interior cavity and comprising a plurality of lamination segments. The lamination segments consist essentially of wood and are arranged in alternating layers of first and second types along a height of the bowl body with the layers of the first type including respective ones of the lamination segments having widths extending in a first lateral direction with respect to the bowl body and coupled together along joints extending in a second lateral direction with respect to the bowl body. The second lateral direction is perpendicular to the first lateral direction. The layers of the second type include respective ones of the lamination segments having widths extending in the second lateral direction with respect to the bowl body and are coupled together along joints extending in the first lateral direction with respect to the bowl body.
