Permanent Concrete Form
A Permanent concrete form (construction-block) for Structural Code monolithic reinforced-concrete. Construction blocks are sand-cement steel-reinforced side-panels, with one central embedded steel nut (3/4-10) [M20>2.5] that connects a threaded steel-tie-rod (or bolt) to a second side-panel. Tie-rod can also be #5 (16 mm) welded rebar. Typical side-panel size 500×250×40 mm (20″×10″×1.5″). The central single spacer tie-rod length is sized (width of wall) to provide space for concrete, rebar, thermal-insulation, conduits, ducts, and other embedment. Construction block tested for dry-stacking, and 3 m (10 ft) high anti-blow-out vibrated concrete placement.
VIBRATION MOLDING DEVICE
A vibration molding device comprising a pedestal, a mold configured to contain molding material, a vibration stand on which the mold is placed, a vibration means to provide vibration to the mold, an elastic body that is placed between the vibration stand and the pedestal to support the vibration stand, wherein the vibration molding device is characterized in that a through hole is formed in the vibration stand, a descent restriction member which regulates the descending position of the vibration stand is erected on the top surface of the pedestal, the descent restriction member is disposed so that the descent restriction member penetrates the through hole.
HYBRID MOLD VIBRATION
A hybrid vibration assembly for a concrete products machine. The assembly may include a vibration frame positioned to carry at least a portion of a mold, a stationary frame carrying the vibration frame, knocker bars supportable on the stationary frame for vertical adjustment relative to the stationary frame, and a motor connected to a vibrator mounted on the vibration frame. The assembly may also include a mechanical frame/mold clamp that alternately couples the vibration frame to the mold and decouples the vibration frame from the mold.
BELLPACKER VIBRATION ASSEMBLY
A vibration assembly for supporting a base pallet of a concrete pipe manufacturing machine, and a method for adjusting the assembly. The assembly includes an assembly frame, at least two pallet driving blocks supported for position adjustment relative to one another on the frame, and a vibrator connected to at least one of the pallet driving blocks. The pallet driving blocks transmit force to the base pallet of the concrete pipe manufacturing machine.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COLORING TOP SURFACE OF CLADDINGS AND CONCRETE PAVING STONES
An apparatus for spraying fluid phase color is integrated into a cladding manufacturing machine and synchronized with the manufacturing process. The apparatus is attached to the basket through which the concrete of the claddings is poured into a mould; color spraying initiates after completing the concrete filling phase of the manufacturing of the cladding and the basket retreats to its starting point. Color guns, attached to the basket, connect to color buckets and pump and condensed air pumps to deliver sprayed fluid color onto the top surface of the claddings. A control unit controls the color spraying via a sequential, parallel or pre-selected program or set of values of parameters that determine the final design or pattern on the claddings surface.
Vibration device with self-adjusting impact bars
Disclosed is a vibration device with a vibrating table for a concrete block manufacturing machine for compression of a material to be compressed. The vibration device is at least partially resiliently mounted on a machine frame and driven by at least one electric motor. As a result the vibrating table can be set in a predominantly vertical vibrating movement, wherein the vibration device has a plurality of vibrating table bars arranged parallel to one another and fastened to the vibrating table and impact bars fastened statically to the machine frame. All the impact bars are displaceable relative to the vibrating table bars and along a displacement axis running parallel to the vertical vibrating movement by a plurality of positioning devices connected to one another and driven by at least one common drive unit in order to obtain a synchronous displacement of all the impact bars.
System and method for manufacturing multilayer claddings with a decorative layer
The invention is a machine for producing decorative aggregate G-layer on top surfaces of claddings in cooperation with a cladding manufacturing machine. The G-layer production machine may be integrated into the cladding manufacturing machine or a standalone machine. In both options, the machines synchronize the overlaying of the top G-layer with the manufacturing process of the claddings to ensure continuous production of multi-layer claddings with a decorative aggregate layer. The overlaying itself is done under controlled condition to produce homogenous distribution of the aggregates on the top surface of the claddings to provide them an aesthetic look.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MULTI-LAYER CLADDINGS WITH A DECORATIVE LAYER
Concrete product machine apron plate gap adjustment
Concrete product machine apron gap adjustment by actuating a gapper mechanism to set a desired gap between a reciprocally-movable apron plate and an interchangeably installable mold assembly installed in a concrete products machine. The gapper mechanism sets a desired gap between the machine apron plate and the mold assembly by injecting an index amount of hydraulic fluid into fluid communication with the rod side of a primary apron plate positioning cylinder, causing the machine's apron plate to retreat a desired gap distance away from an engaged position against the mold assembly.
Prefabricated superimposed recycled lump concrete slab and construction method thereof
A prefabricated superimposed recycled lump concrete slab includes a fresh concrete, demolished concrete lumps, and a reinforcement fabric at a lower part of the slab. The demolished concrete lumps can protrude from the fresh concrete, but a protruding height is no more than 25 mm, and the protruding height is controlled by assembling molds. The assembling molds comprise casting molds and a height-controlling cover plate, reinforcement-locating slots are reserved on side molds of the casting molds, and a vertical position of the height-controlling is determined by using screws, position-controlling nuts and gaskets of different thicknesses, which are located at four corners of the casting molds. A construction method of the prefabricated superimposed recycled lump concrete slab is also provided.
