A device for stabilizing a concrete form includes an anchoring member with a channel aligned along a first axis, and elongate members with cavities aligned along a second axis, the elongate members coupled to form a frame. The device may include an anchoring post for insertion through the channel of the anchoring member to secure the device to a surface, and sliders with elongate bodies for insertion into the cavities of the elongate members, where the sliders are affixed to an engagement member structurally configured for engaging the concrete form. First retaining members may be structurally configured to engage the anchoring post when inserted through the channel of the anchoring member thereby maintaining a position of the frame along the first axis. Second retaining members may be structurally configured to engage a slider when inserted into the elongate member thereby maintaining a position of the slider along the second axis.

Process for manufacturing a ceramic composite material part by pressurized injection of a loaded slurry into a porous mould

A method of fabricating a composite material part includes injecting under pressure a slurry containing a powder of refractory ceramic particles into a fiber texture; and draining the liquid of the slurry that has passed through the fiber texture, while retaining the powder of refractory ceramic particles within the texture to obtain a fiber preform filled with refractory ceramic particles. The injection tooling includes a porous material mold including an internal housing in which the fiber texture is placed, the slurry being injected into the fiber texture via an injection port in the injection tooling and leading into the internal housing of the mold. The tooling includes a rigid material enclosure in which the porous material mold is held while the slurry is injected under pressure and while the liquid of the slurry is drained, the liquid of the slurry being discharged via a vent present in the enclosure.

Attaching objects made of dissimilar materials using a molded attachment block
10710270 · 2020-07-14 ·

A method for attaching a first object to one or more second objects of dissimilar materials, without any bonding material, using a molded attachment block is provided. Anchoring grooves are created and a constrained assembly is positioned at opposing sections on a surface of the first object. A tension is generated in tension bearing members anchored in the anchoring grooves and extended along a length of the constrained assembly. The constrained assembly is constricted between mold side members positioned perpendicular to the mold end members. The tension bearing members are clamped between bolt assemblies. A viscous liquid is poured and cured on the constrained assembly, the tension bearing members, the anchoring grooves, and the bolt assemblies for creating the molded attachment block with opposing ends of the threaded members of the constrained assembly extending outwardly from the molded attachment block for attachment to second objects without any bonding material.

MOLDING UNIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SANITARY WARES
20190224883 · 2019-07-25 · ·

Molding unit for the production of sanitary wares, comprising at least one support frame, at least one first portion and one second portion associated with the frame, bearing respectively at least one first molding component and one second molding component selectively connectable to each other, so as to define at least one molding cavity adapted to receive the casting of at least one pressurized fluid mixture which, once solidified, forms at least one sanitary ware. The first portion and the second portion are connected to the frame in the hanging configuration and are able to be selectively and mutually approachable in a closed configuration, so as to bring into mutual contact the molds to define the molding cavity, and mutually movable away from each other in an open configuration to allow the removal of the sanitary ware once formed. At least the first portion comprises clamping means selectively movable from an inactive position, corresponding to said open configuration, to an operating position, corresponding to said closed configuration, in which they act on at least one abutment zone provided in the second portion.
