METALLIC STONE SLABS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Stone slabs, and systems and methods of forming slabs, are described. Some example slabs include a first pattern defined by a first particulate mineral mix and a second pattern defined by a second particulate mineral mix different from the first particulate mineral mix. The first particulate mix includes greater than 50 weight percent of first metallic particles.
TEXTURED STONE SLABS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Stone slabs, and systems and methods of forming slabs, are described. Some example slabs include a first pattern defined by a first particulate mineral mix and a second pattern defined by a second particulate mineral mix different from the first particulate mineral mix. Locations of the first pattern have a first average thickness perpendicular to the slab width and the slab length, and locations of the second pattern have a second average thickness perpendicular to the slab width and the slab length that is different from the first average thickness.
PROCESSED SLABS, AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS RELATED THERETO
This document describes systems and processes for forming synthetic molded slabs, which may be suitable for use in living or working spaces (e.g., along a countertop, table, floor, or the like).
PLANT FOR PRODUCING A CONCRETE PREFABRICATED COMPONENT
A plant for producing a concrete prefabricated component includes a plurality of stations, a transport system to transport the production pallet through the plant, and a 3D printing station having a layer depositing device for depositing a particulate aggregate on the production pallet and having a printing head for controlled delivery of a water-binder mixture. The plant also includes a storage device to store particulate aggregate, a conveying device to convey the particulate aggregate to the layer depositing device of the 3D printing station, a mixing device for mixing the water-binder mixture, a feed device to feed the water-binder mixture to the printing head, and an unpacking station in which a concrete prefabricated component printed in the 3D printing station on the production pallet can be unpacked from an unbound particulate aggregate.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SLAB OF ARTIFICIAL AGGLOMERATED STONE
The present disclosure is related to a method for manufacturing slabs of artificial agglomerated stone comprising: depositing a first layer (1.1) of a first mixture (M.sub.1) onto a surface (2), wherein the first layer having a first thickness h.sub.1, creating at least one cavity (3), having a width w.sub.i and a length L.sub.i, in the first layer (1.1) of first mixture (M.sub.1), depositing a second mixture (M.sub.2) into the at least one cavity (3) of the first layer (1.1), forming a second layer (1.2) by depositing the first and second mixtures, and the second layer having a second thickness h.sub.2, compacting and hardening the second layer (1.2), wherein the method further comprises after step c) and before step d), inserting a first tool (5) at least partially into the second thickness h.sub.2 of the second layer (1.2), and actuating the first tool (5) wherein the first tool (5) is configured to stir the first wall portion (4.1) while not stirring the second wall portion (4.2).
Multi zone cementitious product and method
A multi-zone cementitious product, which includes a base zone made of a first cementitious material composition and forming a portion of the product. At least one facing zone is adjacent to and bonded to the base zone, the facing zone made of a second cementitious material composition and forming at least one exterior face of said product which is visible when the product is installed. A disrupted boundary layer is between the facing zone and the base zone, and includes material from both the facing zone and the base zone. The disrupted boundary layer bonds the facing zone to the base zone. The facing zone has a thickness sufficient to prevent the base zone from being visible when the product is installed.

Fiber-reinforced prestressed reinforced concrete sleeper
A fiber-reinforced prestressed reinforced concrete sleeper is integrally cast and includes a sleeper body and two rail bearing regions. A rail clamping base is arranged on a surface of the each rail bearing region. The two rail bearing regions are located under rails on both sides of the sleeper and the two rail bearing regions are located above the sleeper body. A reinforcing fiber is mixed into the two rail bearing regions only, and a reinforcing rib is arranged in the sleeper body. The reinforcing fiber is concentrated in a main stress region under the surface of the rail bearing regions. The reinforcing fiber arranged in a region with a large stress is more than the reinforcing fiber arranged in a region with a small stress.
FIBER-REINFORCED PRESTRESSED REINFORCED CONCRETE SLEEPER
