PROGRAMMABLE STATION AND PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PLATES WITH CHROMATIC EFFECTS
A Station (10 110) for the realization of coloring effects in a mix for the production of slabs, comprising:—a working surface (11) intended to accommodate a temporary support (12) with a basic mix layer for the formation of a slab;—at least one dye dispensing device (17) for emitting dyes towards the working surface (11) so as to deposit them on the basic mix layer on the temporary support accommodated on the working surface (11)—movement means (18 118) for the relative movement of the dispensing device (17) above the working surface (11)—a control system (19) connected to the movement means (18,118) for controlling the displacement of the dispensing device (17) on the working surface (11) so as to follow trajectories along which dyes are emitted towards the mix layer;—at least one tool (30, 31) movable with the movement means (18, 118) and intended to interact mechanically with areas of the mix layer on the temporary support accommodated on the working surface which receive or are intended to receive the dyes emitted by the dispensing device (17) to achieve coloring effects in the mix

CONCRETE-MOSAIC
A method of forming an aesthetic surface on a concrete structure. The aesthetic surface includes a mosaic design including a plurality of aesthetic elements, such as tiles, aggregate or the like, which are embedded within the hardened concrete structure. The aesthetic elements are affixed to the concrete form in the arrangement corresponding to the mosaic design prior to using the form during construction of the concrete structure. The concrete is poured into the form and allowed to harden, after which, the forms are stripped from the concrete, thereby exposing the embedded aesthetic elements within the concrete structure.
ARTIFICIAL STONE SLAB WITH INTEGRALLY FORMED PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
An artificial stone slab with integrally formed patterns and its manufacturing method that enables integrally forming patterns of various complicated shapes and colors in an artificial stone slab. The artificial stone slab includes a mixture prepared by mixing raw materials for artificial stone in powder state and a plurality of the patterns having various shapes and attached to a sheet. The sheet with the patterns is set to the inner side of a rubber mold. The powdered mixture is added into the rubber mold to integrally form the patterns with the mixture. The underlying sheet is removed to form an artificial stone slab with the patterns. The patterns are exposed only on the topside of the artificial stone slab or on both top and bottom sides of the artificial stone slab.
