PLANT FOR PRODUCING A CONCRETE PREFABRICATED COMPONENT
A plant for producing a concrete prefabricated component includes a plurality of stations, a transport system to transport the production pallet through the plant, and a 3D printing station having a layer depositing device for depositing a particulate aggregate on the production pallet and having a printing head for controlled delivery of a water-binder mixture. The plant also includes a storage device to store particulate aggregate, a conveying device to convey the particulate aggregate to the layer depositing device of the 3D printing station, a mixing device for mixing the water-binder mixture, a feed device to feed the water-binder mixture to the printing head, and an unpacking station in which a concrete prefabricated component printed in the 3D printing station on the production pallet can be unpacked from an unbound particulate aggregate.
SYSTEM FOR INSULATED CONCRETE COMPOSITE WALL PANELS
A shear connector for use with insulated concrete panels. The shear connector comprises an elongated core member that includes a first end and a second end, and a flanged end-piece removably secured to one of the first end or the second end of the core member. At least a portion of the flanged end-piece includes a maximum diameter that is larger than a maximum diameter of the core member. The shear connector is configured to transfer shear forces.
REINFORCING ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A REINFORCING ELEMENT
The invention relates to a reinforcing element (1) comprising a first (2) and a second reinforcing mat (3) having metal mat rods (6), which are welded at angles to each other at junction points (7), which reinforcing mats (2, 3) are held spaced apart from each other at a normal distance (9) by rod-shaped spacers (8) with respect to the first mat plane (4) and the second mat plane (5) of the reinforcing mats. The spacers are metal (8) and are permanently connected to individual mat rods (6) of the first (2) and second reinforcing mat (3) by welding connections (10), preferably resistance welding connections, wherein at least individual spacers (8) protrude outward at least beyond the first mat plane (4) of the first reinforcing mat (2) in a direction (11) pointing away from the second reinforcing mat (3) by a first protrusion length. The invention further relates to a double wall furnished with the reinforcing element and a method for producing the reinforcing element and the double wall.
Tilt-up and precast construction panels
Improved tilt-up and precast construction panels and improved methods for creating the same address deficiencies in the current tilt-up and precast construction panels. Improved tilt-up and precast construction panels use less concrete and less steel reinforcement and weigh less than current tilt-up and precast construction panels. Additionally, improved tilt-up and precast construction panels have greater insulative properties (both heat and sound) than do current tilt-up and precast construction panels. Improved tilt-up and precast construction panels require less labor on the construction site, thereby increasing efficiency and profitability of construction crews. Additional advantages of implementations of the invention will become apparent through the following description and by practice of implementations of the invention.

Building System Including Concrete Formwork Using Concrete Shells
A wall assembly for a building structure, uses (i) an inner shell cast in a first mold to define a first panel of concrete having a plurality of stiffener members embedded in the concrete so as to be at least partly exposed at the inner side of the panel, and (ii) an outer shell cast in a second mold to define a second panel of concrete having a plurality of stiffener members embedded in the concrete so as to be at least partly exposed at the inner side of the panel. The inner shell and the outer shell are mechanically coupled after casting to define a mold cavity between the inner sides of the panels. Field concrete can be cast into the mold cavity between the inner and outer shells once the wall assembly is mounted on site into position within the building structure.

PREFABRICATED PANEL WITH MULTI-LAYER CEMENTITIOUS COVERINGS
Example embodiments of the described technology provide a prefabricated building panel. The prefabricated building panel may comprise an insulative core having first and second opposing faces. The prefabricated building panel may also comprise a first cementitious layer coupled to the first face of the insulative core. The first cementitious layer may comprise a volume of a first cementitious composition. The prefabricated building panel may also comprise a second cementitious layer coupled to the first cementitious layer. The second cementitious layer may comprise a volume of a second cementitious composition. The first and second cementitious compositions may have different physical properties. The physical properties may be selected from the group consisting of density, fire resistance, sound transmission, structural strength and moisture permeability.
