DISTRIBUTION DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FULL-BODY TEXTURED PORCELAIN STONEWARE SLAB
Disclosed is a distribution device and a manufacturing method for a full-body textured porcelain stoneware slab and relates to the field of construction ceramic tile production. The distribution device includes a feeding assembly, a powder-preforming box, and a belt conveying assembly, where the powder-preforming box is arranged at an included angle α with a conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly, and 61°≤α≤90°, and an intersecting line of a lower end of the powder-preforming box and the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly is at an included angle β with a center line of the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly, and 45° ≤β≤90°. A process using the distribution device can produce a full-body textured porcelain stoneware slab of a natural flowing effect, and can form a straight or diagonal textured pattern effect as needed.
Method and device for producing engineered stone slabs
The invention relates to a method and a plant for the continuous production of engineered stone slabs. In the method, raw materials comprising at least one mineral filler and one organic binder are mixed, applied to a lower belt of a dual-belt press, or a conveying means mounted upstream of the lower belt, and subsequently continuously pressed, and the binder is cured. A continuously-obtained material strand is separated into individual engineered stone slabs. It is provided that the mixing operation of the raw materials is carried out at staggered times in a batch mixing operation by means of at least two separate mixing devices. The mixed raw materials from the mixing devices are transferred into one, or multiple, spreading device(s) at staggered times and are applied continuously and without interruption to the lower belt, or the conveying means mounted upstream of the lower belt, by means of the spreading device(s).
METHOD AND APPARATUS TO PRODUCE THIN, PERFORATED GLASS SHEET
Various aspects of systems and methods are provided herein wherein a method, is provided including the steps of: depositing a hot, flexible ribbon material along a plurality of sequentially conveyed molds; rolling a pinch roller over the surface of the ribbon, such that at least one pinch region is actuated in the ribbon as the ribbon is pinched between a pinch edge of the pinch roller and the surface of the mold; and rolling a pin roller over the surface of the ribbon, cooling the ribbon to thereby separate the ribbon along the pinch region into discrete parts.
FIBER-CONTAINING ROOF TILE, MOLDING MATERIAL FOR PRODUCING FIBER-CONTAINING ROOF TILE, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAME
A roof tile containing fibers which satisfy the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) to have an average fiber diameter of 50 μm or less; (2) to have an aspect ratio of 50 to 2000; and (3) to have three or less buckled portions per fiber.
MACHINE AND METHOD FOR COMPACTING A POWDER MATERIAL
Machine and method for compacting a powder material; the machine comprises a compacting device, which is designed to compact the powder material; a conveyor assembly to transport the powder material along a first portion of a given path to the compacting device; and a feeding assembly, which is designed to feed the powder material to the conveyor assembly and comprises a transfer chamber designed to hold and transfer the powder material; movable elements are present at a wall of the transfer chamber.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A HYDROPHOBIC HEAT-INSULATING MOLDED BODY
Process for the production of a hydrophobic thermal-insulation moulding, where a hydrophilic thermal-insulation moulding is brought into contact with a hydrophobizing agent in vapour form with formation of a thermal-insulation moulding coated with hydrophobizing agent, and this is then subjected to a press process and during the press process and/or after the press process is reacted with the hydrophobizing agent with formation of the hydrophobic thermal-insulation moulding, where a) the density of the hydrophobic thermal-insulation moulding after the press process and after the reaction with the hydrophobizing agent is from 100 to 250 kg/m.sup.3, and b) the density of the hydrophilic thermal-insulation moulding on contact with the hydrophobizing agent is from 50% to less than 100% of the density of the hydrophobic thermal-insulation moulding.
Method and apparatus for forming compacted powder products
An apparatus for forming compacted powder products. The apparatus includes a powder supply system and a compacting station. An emitter emits an input X-ray beam having a predetermined emission intensity. An output detector detects an output parameter representing an output intensity of the X-ray beam which passes through the powders. A reference detector detects a reference parameter representing the effective intensity of the X-ray beam generated. A control unit is programmed to compensate the output parameter by means of the reference parameter and to generate a control signal representing the density detected and to control the powder supply system by means of the control signal.
Multi zone cementitious product and method
A multi-zone cementitious product, which includes a base zone made of a first cementitious material composition and forming a portion of the product. At least one facing zone is adjacent to and bonded to the base zone, the facing zone made of a second cementitious material composition and forming at least one exterior face of said product which is visible when the product is installed. A disrupted boundary layer is between the facing zone and the base zone, and includes material from both the facing zone and the base zone. The disrupted boundary layer bonds the facing zone to the base zone. The facing zone has a thickness sufficient to prevent the base zone from being visible when the product is installed.
METHOD FOR DECORATING IN THICKNESS A CERAMIC SLAB
A method for decorating in thickness a ceramic slab, comprising the following steps: preparing, on a decoration surface (10), a first soft decorated layer (L1) of ceramic material endowed with a decoration (V); progressively transferring, by deposition, the soft decorated layer (L1) from the decoration surface (10) to a first deposition surface (50), situated at a lower height than the decoration surface (10), thus progressively forming on the first deposition surface (50) a second soft decorated layer (L2) which has a head (H) and a tail (T); progressively transferring, by deposition, the second soft decorated layer (L2) from the first deposition surface (50) to a second deposition surface (83), situated at a lower height than the first deposition surface (50), starting from the tail (T) of the second soft decorated layer (L2), thus progressively forming on the second deposition surface (83) a third soft decorated layer (L3).
