A precast composite wall structure and method for forming the wall structure are disclosed. The method includes providing a casting bed defining a plurality of shapes corresponding to a three-dimensional outer surface of a wall structure, placing a first layer of uncured concrete to conform to the shapes defined by the lower surface, positioning a forming member in overlying relation above the frame, the forming member defining a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels therebetween, positioning a stud frame within the casting bed along the forming member, placing a second layer of uncured concrete within the casting bed to conform to the rectangular-shaped channels between the rectangular protrusions, and allowing the concrete to cure.

A ceramic structure and methods for making the ceramic structure are disclosed. Multiple parts may be molded; the parts may be molded from the same or different ceramic materials. The parts may be formed in the same mold and may be adjacent to and/or attached to one another as a result of molding. The parts may be placed in a sintering furnace and sintered simultaneously. Simultaneously sintering the parts forms a unitary structure from the parts.

An upright concrete wall panel form apparatus includes a back panel form to be secured to a base in an upright position, an adjustable support assembly to be secured to the base adjacent the back panel form, and a movable front panel form supported by the adjustable support assembly in an upright position. The movable front panel form is moveable via the adjustable support assembly between a concrete wall panel prep area position and a concrete wall panel forming position. The movable front panel form is aligned with the back panel form in the concrete wall panel forming position so as to define a gap therebetween to receive concrete for forming at least one concrete wall panel in an upright position.
