The invention has for object a method for manufacturing concrete construction blocks (6) for a wind-generator tower made up of at least two consecutive blocks secured to one another by a contact surface of each of the two blocks, the manufacturing method comprising the following steps: pouring concrete into a first cage of reinforcements (10-1) so as to obtain the first concrete construction block comprising a first contact surface (9), and pouring concrete into a second cage of reinforcements (10-2) so as to obtain the second concrete construction block, the second cage of reinforcements being provided in a form (21) arranged such that the first contact surface (9) of the first block (6-1) makes up a wall for delimiting (26) the pouring of the concrete such as to form a contact surface (9) of the second block (6-2).

Methods for forming noise absorbing barrier walls and related forms

A barrier wall is formed by rotating a mold to a horizontal orientation so that a rear wall of the mold is horizontally disposed and an encircling sidewall upstands from the rear wall, the floor and encircling sidewall at least partially bounding a compartment, an upper end of the encircling sidewall at least partially bounding a first access opening to the compartment. A first material is disposed into the compartment through the first access opening, at least a portion of the material being curable. A cover is placed over the first access opening to enclose the compartment. The mold is then rotated from the horizontal orientation to a vertical orientation. A portion of the sidewall is then moved to form a second access opening to the compartment. A second material is then dispensed into the compartment, at least a portion of the second material being curable.

A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PSEUDO-CONJUGATED PRECAST CONCRETE SEGMENTS

An upright concrete wall panel form apparatus includes a back panel form to be secured to a base in an upright position, an adjustable support assembly to be secured to the base adjacent the back panel form, and a movable front panel form supported by the adjustable support assembly in an upright position. The movable front panel form is moveable via the adjustable support assembly between a concrete wall panel prep area position and a concrete wall panel forming position. The movable front panel form is aligned with the back panel form in the concrete wall panel forming position so as to define a gap therebetween to receive concrete for forming at least one concrete wall panel in an upright position.

Herein disclosed are pre-cast concrete wall structures, and processes for manufacturing and installing the same. Wall structure may be wall segments and may comprise a pre-cast concrete monolithic body including a ground-engaging footer and a vertical wall supported by the footer and extending upwardly from the footer. Methods of making wall segments may comprise the steps of providing an initial casting mold, pouring an initial portion of concrete, installing a final casting mold, pouring a final portion of concrete, allowing the initial and final portions of poured concrete to cure to a final hardened state, and removing the initial and final casting molds. Methods of installing wall segments may comprise the steps of excavating the construction site, grading a ground surface at the construction site, positioning a plurality of pre-cast concrete wall segments, interconnecting adjacent wall segments, and backfilling adjacent an exterior side of the foundation wall.
