Roadway conduit systems and methods
A conduit segment casting mold system includes at least one inner mold; at least one outer mold configured as at least two outer mold sections of opposed shapes that define a cavity between the at least two outer mold sections that is sized to at least partially enclose the at least one inner mold, each of the at least two outer mold sections including a respective mating surface, each of the at least two outer mold sections including at least one hole sized to receive a cable, and the at least one hole of a particular one of the at least two outer mold sections is aligned with the at least one hole of another particular one of the at least two outer mold sections when the mating surfaces of the particular one and the another particular one of the at least two outer mold sections are mated; and a mold base.
Structures for use in erecting multistory buildings and methods for making such structures
Disclosed are various construction techniques for erecting a multistory building with an elevator shaft. In accordance with the method, upper and lower shaft components are formed at an offsite facility. These shaft components are then joined together to form a segment of the larger elevator shaft. Once constructed, the segment is transported to a jobsite and erected. Once an individual segment is installed, a floor slab can be formed about the segment. Using pre-cast elevator segments simplifies and expedites the construction process. In one embodiment, each segment includes a serrated edge that facilitates a connection between the floor slab and the shaft segment. Rebar and reinforcing dowels can also be used to improve the connection. Associated shaft constructions are also disclosed.

METHOD OF PRODUCING PRECAST BUILDING PRODUCTS
An aspect concerns a method (10) of producing a precast building product. The method (10) includes providing a mould (26) to receive a pourable building substance to be cured. The method further includes the steps of pouring the building substance into the mould and allowing the poured building substance to cure inside the mould to form a sold mass body. The method further includes providing a wire-cutting assembly operatively associated with the mould and cutting the solid mass body inside the mould into separate building products.

Thermoformed wall skin sheet with backer guide
A solid aesthetic wall skin sheet having a backer guide with tabs and recesses which is manufactured using thermoform molding. The thermoformed wall skin sheet with a backer guide offers improved printability on the top display surface and facilitates the easy application of multiple wall skins sheets that can be joined together onto a wall surface to form a wall covering that has accurate and tight-fitting seams and conceals from view the fasteners used.

METHOD FOR 3D PRINTING PREFABRICATED MODULAR BUILDINGS
A method for 3D printing a prefabricated modular building includes rotating an intermediate module (300) by 90 degrees to obtain a fabricated module (400), so that two originally vertical walls (A, C) become horizontal walls, and the other two walls (B, D) become supporting walls. This enables the building to be able to receive stresses as a whole, improving the stability of the building.
ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE STAIRWAYS AND STEPS
An assembly for constructing concrete stairways and stairs that includes siderails that are configured to the attached to the walls on either side of an area where a stairway is to be constructed. A plurality of riser brackets and tread brackets are pivotally and slidably coupled to the siderails and pivotally and slidably connected to one another so as to allow for height, length and level adjustment of the individual riser brackets and tread brackets. The configuration further allows the riser brackets and trend brackets to fold up and be linearly aligned with the siderails for transportation and storage.
