MOULD CORE FOR A MOULD FOR PRODUCING HOLLOW CONCRETE BODIES, AND A MOULDING DEVICE HAVING A MOULD CORE OF THIS KIND
The present disclosure relates to a mold core for use on a molding apparatus for the production of hollow and/or in particular tubular concrete bodies, and a molding apparatus comprising such a mold core. The mold core comprises a longitudinally extending wall of the core, which has a wall of the core from one end to the other end of the wall of the core in the longitudinal direction, an expansion device for expanding and/or spreading and/or contracting and/or shrinking the mold core, and a sealing element sealing the longitudinal opening of the wall of the core. The sealing element is provided with respective longitudinal edges of the wall of the core by means of a detachable connection, the sealing member being slidably connected to the two longitudinal edges of the wall of the core in the longitudinal direction, respectively.
A FORMWORK SYSTEM
The present invention provides a system 10 for construction of formwork where a settable compound is pourable into a cavity in the formwork and retained by the formwork to set to form a completed structure. The formwork comprises structural panels 12, 14 connected by adjustable connectors 34 for varying the spacing between the panels.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING IN-SITU HOLLOW CORE / HOLLOW CORE ANALOGUE SLABS, WALLS, AND COLUMNS
A use of at least one form insert for in-situ manufacture of a hollow core or hollow core analogue slab, the at least one form insert positioned in a mould defining a monolithic volume in which the hollow core or hollow core analogue slab is manufactured by pouring a cement-based curable material into the monolithic volume to submerge the at least one form insert.
Method of manufacturing a facing element for a reinforced soil structure
A void former is arranged in a mold (30). The void former includes an insert (1) made of flexible material that forms a loop around a core region (15) within the mold. Casting material is added in a fluid state into the mold so as to fill a predefined volume for the facing element, including the core region. After hardening of the casting material, the facing element (10) is removed from the mold, and the void former is removed from the facing element. The facing element comprises an anchoring core formed by the hardened casting material in the core region (15). Removing the void former comprises pulling the insert (1) away from a rear surface of the facing element (10). The flexible material of the at least one insert is deformed around the anchoring core (15) while it is pulled.
POST SLEEVE ASSEMBLY
A post sleeve provides a substantially permanent base for supporting a post for a fence or sign, and from which one post can be removed and replaced with another post. The sleeve includes a concrete body that is poured on site, using a sleeve core prepositioned in the post hole, and around which wet concrete is poured. After the concrete is cured, the core is removed, leaving a post sleeve cavity configured to receive a post. The core can be rigid, or can include a flexible shell and stiffener. A preformed post sleeve top can be attached to the sleeve core and positioned therewith in the post hole, to become a permanent part of the post sleeve, once the concrete cures. A drain is attached to the core, and remains in the sleeve when the core is removed, and can be a percolation chamber, or passage extending below the sleeve.

Concrete form system
A reusable form for creating conduit paths in concrete slabs is described. The form comprises a flexible tube that is positioned prior to pouring a concrete slab. The form includes a keep to keep material out of the hole formed by the form. The form also includes a key structure to permit easy removal of the form once the concrete is set. The system further includes a sighting device to permit rapid and precise alignment for placement of a form when forming conduits in a multi-level building. An accessory is also provided permitting filling in the opening created by the form once wiring, piping and other objects have been installed within the conduit.
Collapsible element pocket former
A pocket former may include a pocket former body, the pocket former body having an outer surface. The pocket former may further include a collapsible element, the collapsible element formed on the outer surface of the pocket former body. The collapsible element may extend radially outwardly from the pocket former body.
