Mobile Continuous Mixing Apparatus
A continuous mixer that is installed in the bed of a dump truck. The mixer has a hopper for cement, a pair of belts to move the other mixing materials, and a chute with an auger for mixing the cement and mixing materials with water and depositing the mixture where desired. The hopper stands upright in the bed when the bed is down and tilted at about 45° when the bed is up. An auger at the bottom of the hopper feeds cement to an opening at the bottom of the hopper, The belts sit below the hopper and are oriented with the belts parallel to the ground during operation, The belts feed mixing materials from the bed to a mixing chute below the belts. An auger combines the dry materials and water to form the concrete as they travel the length of the chute to the discharge end.
Head for a 3D printer and a method of using the same
A mixing-extruding head apparatus for a three-dimensional (3D) printer for building residential houses and other objects, which enables printing of right-angled corners, the apparatus comprising a container for mixing mortar, the container comprising a funnel (1), a two-part helix (6) inside the container for mixing the mortar for building said objects, wherein the two-part helix (6) is installed on a main axis (2) inside the funnel (1) and the helix (6) comprises an inner metal part (6a) and an outer rubber part (6b), and wherein the helix (6) has at least one thread (turn), and an exit nozzle (14). The bottom part of the exit nozzle (14) is on each of its sides equipped with one of four blades (17), which are controlled by a servo-pneumatic system with computer-controlled commands for building the objects, wherein each of the blades is connected to a piston moved by a pneumatic cylinder; wherein all four pneumatic cylinders are connected with four electromagnetic valves, which generate pneumatic signals.
Concrete mixing machine
A concrete mixing machine for indoor preparation of fluid concrete for disposition as flooring. The concrete mixing machine includes a mixer tank capable of mixing of twenty-three bags of concrete concurrently. Mixing propellers inside of the mixer tank attach to a shaft, whereby a hydraulic propeller drive motor rotationally moves the shaft, and the mixing propellers mix the concrete. The concrete mixing machine produces a large batch of concrete, and the concrete mixing machine moves and deposits the concrete for application using a flow control mechanism with a flow control mixer attached to the mixer tank that regulates concrete flow through a valve and chute and synchronizes with a flow control drive-wheel. The concrete mixing machine is hydraulically operated and self-propelled. The concrete mixing machine does not emit gases harmful to indoor air quality and thus is environmentally friendly.
Mobile continuous mixing apparatus with linearly aligned feed belts

Mortar delivery system
A Mortar Delivery System is described. The Mortar Delivery System provides precise control of the delivery and application of mortar in addition to the mixing and tempering of mortar. Such control eliminates the use of a hand trowel in brick, block and stone laying applications. Sensing and control are integrated with the Mortar Delivery System to make it an important element of a robotic brick laying system. The Mortar Delivery System contains sensors to measure mortar viscosity and workability, mortar flow rate, and mortar nozzle pressure. The data from the Mortar Delivery System sensors can be used to change the rotational speed of the shear blades, change the amount of water being used for mixing or tempering, and change the delivery speed of the mortar. Such changes result in precise control of mortar that is in turn suitable for automated or semi-automated building processes.
