Variable displacement self loading mixing device and methods
A device for loading, mixing and delivering ingredients includes a measuring bucket pivotably mounted to the free ends of pickup arms pivotably mounted to a mixing vessel including a lid having a depressed basin with an opening formed therethrough. The mixing vessel and the measuring bucket are simultaneously moved with the measuring bucket in a loading position to fill with ingredients. The measuring bucket is moved relative to the mixing vessel from a transport position to an emptying position emptying the ingredients into the mixing vessel. A linkage is pivotably mounted between the pickup arms and the lid to simultaneously move the lid from a closed position to an open position as the measuring bucket moves from the transport position to the emptying position. The ingredients are mixed by mixing paddles inside the mixing vessel, and the mixed ingredients are released from the mixing vessel through an open gate.
Microorganism curing anti-seepage device based on capsule transmission and control
A microorganism curing anti-seepage device based on capsule transmission and control includes a stock bin which includes a mixing bin and an oil storage bin separated from the mixing bin. A feed pipe and an oil injection pipe are provided on the stock bin. A central shaft is rotatably provided within the mixing bin. A stirring component is provided on the central shaft. A delivery pipe is provided at a bottom portion of the mixing bin, an oil conduit is provided at a bottom portion of the oil storage bin, a jet pipe is provided at a junction of the oil conduit and the delivery pipe. Since microbial capsules are decomposed layer by layer, after the microbial capsules reach fissures, the microbial bacteria, the nutrient solution and the curing liquid are released step by step, and then calcium carbonate is induced by microorganisms to achieve solidification and anti-seepage of fissures.

Device for applying a building material
A system for applying a building material, including: a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; a first component of the building material; a second component of the building material; a mixer for mixing the first component and the second component, the mixer including a drive module with a first coupling element and a mixing chamber module with a second coupling element, the drive module and the mixing chamber module being detachably embodied, and the drive module and the mixing chamber module being actively interconnected in an application state of the system by means of the coupling elements.
APPARATUS FOR GAS ENTRAINMENT VIA NANO-BUBBLES INTO CONCRETE UPSTREAM FROM A PRODUCT MOLD
An apparatus for delivering a wet concrete mix to a product mold, where the apparatus comprises a hopper configured to retain a fresh concrete mix, a source of treated water having a concentration of nanobubbles of a gas at least double a natural concentration of nanobubbles of the gas within a natural state of the water, a water transport coupling the source of treated water with the hopper, a valve interposed within the water transport for selectively releasing the treated water into the hopper, and a mixer in communication with the hopper for mixing the treated water with the fresh concrete mix to yield an infused wet concrete.
Method for gas entrainment via nano-bubbles into concrete upstream from a product mold
A nanobubble-infused liquid is mixed into a dry concrete mix to form an infused wet concrete, where the nanobubble-infused liquid includes a concentration of nanobubbles of a gas at least double a natural concentration of nanobubbles of the gas within a natural state of the liquid. The nanobubble-infused liquid is preferably liquid water infused with a desired concentration of carbon-dioxide (CO.sub.2) nanobubbles sized within a certain prescribed range. The infused wet concrete is then transported to the mold of a concrete products forming machine to form a molded product that has enhanced qualities including increased carbon capture within the resulting concrete product, improved curing times, increased flowability, self-healing, and improved release from the product mold.
