NON-HYDRATION STRENGTH IN CEMENTITIOUS COMPOSITIONS
Described are compositions and methods for controlled strength development in a hydratable cementitious material, and more particularly to the use of polymerizable monomer components, which are initiated and activated by a redox pair which are mixed in controlled fashion, for enhancing non-hydration strength within the matrix of the plastic hydratable cementitious material before setting of the cementitious material begins. Exemplary applications include minimizing pressures on formwork for high fluid ready-mix applications, enhancing support and bonding properties for integrated concrete slab work and other sequential applications, or facilitating speedy 3D printing applications, among other unique possibilities.
COMPUTER-AIDED METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPTIMIZED CONTROL OF THE DELIVERY RATE OF A CONCRETE PUMP OR THE LIKE
The invention relates to a method and a device for controlling the delivery rate (P.sub.Q) of a concrete pump (1) for filling a formwork arrangement (2) with a pumpable filling compound (3) as a function of curing-relevant material and environmental parameters (RST), after which the installed filling compound (3) sets within the formwork arrangement (2), comprising the following steps: determining a permissible climbing speed (vsz) for filling the formwork arrangement (2) with the filling compound (3) on the basis of the material and ambient parameters (RST), measuring the static filling compound pressure (p.sub.F) acting on the formwork arrangement (2) during filling, calculating the permissible delivery rate (P.sub.Q) of the concrete pump (1) as a function of the determined permissible rate of ascent (vsz) and the measured static filling compound pressure (p.sub.F) at the formwork arrangement (2).
Concrete Residue Collection System For Concrete Mixing Trucks
The present invention relates to a new method and system for reclaiming and recycling the concrete residue that remains on key components of a concrete mixing truck in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Any slurry aggregate remaining on the chutes or other parts of the concrete mixing truck is collected by a concrete collection system that is attached to the concrete mixing truck and includes an augur conveyor enclosed in a housing, whereby the augur conveyor is hydraulically extended either behind or in front of the chutes of the concrete mixing truck depending on a type of mixing truck. The augur conveyor can be raised to a maximum height in order to discharge any collected slurry aggregate from the chutes or other parts of the truck back into a top hopper of the concrete truck to be directed back into the mixing drum of the concrete mixing truck.
Drive apparatus of a mobile operating machine and mobile operating machine comprising said drive apparatus
A drive apparatus for a mobile operating machine, comprising at least one internal combustion motor, an articulated arm to deliver concrete and a pumping unit to pump the concrete from the drum to the articulated arm. The drive apparatus comprises hydraulic pumps configured to pump a working fluid and to determine the drive of the pumping unit and of the articulated arm. The apparatus also comprises at least one electromechanical machine connected to the internal combustion motor, to the hydraulic pumps, and to an electric accumulator.
Evaluation method for clay and manufacturing method of extrusion molded body
A method performs evaluation of properties of a clay rod, with which a honeycomb structural body is produced. The method mixes raw materials to produce a clay, and extrudes the clay and compresses the extruded clay to produce a clay rod. The method performs NMR to detect at least one of a T1 relaxation time and a T2 relaxation time in each of a normal part and an abnormality part extracted from the clay rod. Each of the T1 relaxation time and the T2 relaxation time corresponds to a relaxation time of nuclear spins of water protons magnetically excited in each of the normal part and the abnormality part. The method performs the evaluation of uniformity of a mixed state and a compression state of the clay rod based on a difference in T1 relaxation time and T2 relaxation time between the normal part and the abnormality part.
Concrete washout and water recycling apparatus
A concrete washout and water recycling apparatus has a water tank with a capacity of at least 250 gallons, having an input aperture in a top portion of the water tank, and an outlet aperture on a bottom portion of the water tank, which has a release valve. The apparatus further includes a mounting structure for mounting the water tank on the cement truck, and a water channeling system. The system has a first pipe and a second pipe, the first pipe having a proximal end, a distal end, and a diameter, the proximal end being connected to the input aperture of the water tank. The second pipe has first end, a second end, and a diameter, the first end being connected to the distal end of the first pipe, and the second end having a connector valve.
Automatic processing irrigation truck for concrete pier for bridge pier
The invention discloses an automatic processing irrigation truck for concrete pier for bridge pier, and includes a body plate, a bottom plate is fixed on the end surface of the body plate, and a storage block is fixed on the right side of the end surface of the bottom plate. A processing mechanism is provided in the storage block, and the processing mechanism includes a stirring cavity with an opening facing upward. The agitating chamber is used for containing concrete. The agitating chamber is provided with a rotatable drive shaft. Ten ten agitating rods are evenly fixed on the drive shaft. The device can be used for bridge pier during transportation. The processing of concrete, by means of stirring and spiral circulation, can not only make the processing fully, but also prevent the subsequent layering of the concrete, ensure the quality of the concrete, and use spiral transportation when needed.
