CONTAINERIZED CONCRETE BATCH PLANT
A containerized concrete batch plant is disclosed, comprising a container configured to contain a concrete batch plant to permit the transportation of the concrete batch plant. The concrete batch plant comprising a storage silo to receive a plurality of concrete elements from a modular conveyor. An aggregate storage silo receives the plurality of concrete elements for transfer to a scale and the mixing drum. A screw worm drive transfers the plurality of concrete elements from the mixing drum to the concrete pump.
Modular conveyor assembly cassette
A modular conveyor assembly employable with a materials mixing system is provided that includes an elongate frame supporting a motor driven axle, an idler axle, and a plurality of rollers supported in individual rotational fashion by the frame, and a belt and chain subassembly configured to be cycled rotationally about the axles and rollers, where the belt and chain subassembly includes first and second chains each attached along first and second sides of the belt, respectively, so that the belt and chains move in unison, and wherein the frame is configured to be detachable from a materials mixing system without the need to disassemble substantial components of the modular conveyor assembly.
PRODUCTION LINE COMBINING ON-SITE MIXING AND CONSTRUCTION FOR GREEN AND ULTRA-HIGH-PERFROMANCE CONCRETE
A production line combining on-site mixing and construction for a green and ultra-high-performance concrete includes a concrete manufacturing area and raw material stacking area located directly at a construction site. A mixing equipment is provided on the concrete manufacturing area. A concrete discharge end of the mixing equipment is connected to a construction pouring area through a concrete conveying device. A plurality of quantitative material packs and a transfer mechanism are provided in the raw material stacking area. The transfer mechanism is configured for both the stacking of the plurality of quantitative material packs and the transfer of at least one package per time to the mixing equipment. The production line features a straightforward overall structure, convenient operation, cost-effective equipment investment, minimal space occupancy, and enables integrated on-site manufacturing and pouring of concrete.
