Drill Ring for a Core Drill Bit
A drill ring for a cylindrical core drill bit is disclosed. The drill ring includes at least two ring segments which are constructed from a sintered powder mixture and diamond particles. The diamond particles are arranged on ablation tracks in a plane perpendicular to the cylinder axis and the ring segments are connected to each other on their lateral edges.
Ring Saw Blade
A ring saw blade includes a flat annular support which has a side face and an outer circumference. One or more cutting elements are disposed along the outer circumference. An annular groove is recessed into the side face and has a radially inner flank and a radially outer flank. The radially inner flank is conical and a first cone describing the radially inner flank has a half opening angle of between 10 degrees and 30 degrees.
ASPHALT SAW BLADE
A unique design is provided that increases the strength and extends the life of an asphalt saw blade. The asphalt saw blade may include a main body, outer plates and cutter assemblies that are secured to the main body and outer plates. The cutter assemblies can include a front cutter component and a rear cutter component that interlock. The front cutter component may include cutting elements and a plate that reinforces the cutting elements while also shielding the front cutter component's main body from wear. The rear cutter component may also include cutting elements.
Tool and device for removal of material on surfaces
The invention proposes a tool and device, with the aid of which it is possible to remove the surface of walls, ceilings and floors also in the corners of contaminated interiors.
Method for Manufacturing a Continuous Drill Ring for a Core Drill Bit
A method for manufacturing a continuous drill ring for a core drill bit is disclosed. The method includes forming at least two green compacts in layers in a direction of formation between a bottom side and a top side by successively applying powder layers containing a powder mixture and diamond layers containing diamond particles that are arranged in a set pattern, shaping the green compacts into ring segments under the effect of pressure, sintering the ring segments under the effect of heat, and combining the sintered ring segments in a circular manner and joining the same in a frictionally engaging or integrally bonding manner at the lateral edges thereof so as to obtain the continuous drill.
Drill Ring for a Core Drill Bit and Method for Producing a Drill Ring
A method for producing a drill ring for a core drill bit is disclosed. The method includes constructing at least two green parts from encapsulated diamond particles, the diamond particles being covered by a powder mixture. The green parts are formed into ring segments under the effect of pressure and the ring segments are annularly assembled and sintered under temperature action to form a continuous drill ring.

EXTENDED SCOOPED TRENCHING BLADE
Microtrenching blades and methods of manufacturing the same. A blade a first blade portion comprising a center arbor bore defining a hole through the blade and a second blade portion comprising a plurality of blade segments, wherein the second blade portion is distal to the first blade portion relative to the center arbor bore. The blade includes a plurality of blade scoops disposed around a perimeter of the blade. The blade is such that the plurality of blade segments and the plurality of blade scoops are arranged such that two of the plurality of blade segments are separated by a blade scoop.
MACHINING SEGMENT FOR A MACHINING TOOL
A machining segment for a machining tool which is rotatable in a direction of rotation about an axis of rotation includes an underside where the machining segment is connectable to a basic body of the machining tool by the underside. A machining zone has a matrix material and a plurality of first hard material particles where the plurality of first hard material particles are disposed in the matrix material in accordance with a defined particle pattern. Each of the plurality of first hard material particles has a respective projection in relation to the matrix material on an upper side of the machining segment. The projection of at least one of the plurality of first hard material particles is greater than 400 μm.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MACHINING SEGMENT FOR THE DRY MACHINING OF CONCRETE MATERIALS
A method for producing a machining segment for a machining tool, where the machining segment is connectable to a basic body of the machining tool by an underside of the machining segment, includes producing a green body by placing first hard material particles in depressions of a first press punch and applying a first matrix material to the first hard material particles. The green body is processed by hot pressing under temperature and pressure between the first press punch, which forms an upper side of the machining segment, and a second press punch, which forms the underside, to form the machining segment, where the upper side is opposite from the underside.
