CEMENT SIDING CUTTER
A cutting tool includes a base having a table surface. The table surface has a circular turntable and a cutting platform connected with respect to the circular turntable. The cutting platform is rotatable about an axis of the circular turntable. At least one connector releasably locks the cutting platform to the turntable at a number of positions about the axis. A blade housing and blade are suspended above the cutting platform. A handle is attached to the cutting tool to raise and lower the blade. The handle is rotatably supported by a cam integrated with the blade housing.
CUTTING TOOL
A cutting tool for cutting sheets of materials, such as, for example, sheets of building materials. The cutting tool includes a working table with a support surface. The working table includes a slot extending through the support surface. The cutting tool further includes a handle and blade pivotally engaged with respect to the working table between an open position and a closed position. The cutting tool further includes a guide rail that can be connected to the base in a plurality of positions relative to a cutting plane of the blade include a parallel position and a perpendicular position.
Separator Device Applicable to Manual Ceramic Cutters
Separator device applicable to manual ceramic cutters, which comprises: a tilting lever (2) and an actuation cam (3) provided with a cam profile (3) with a non-uniform variation in its radius of curvature and that provides a variable relationship between the rotation of the cam and the movement of the first end of the tilting lever, depending on the rotational position of the cam, in such a way that:—when the cam (3) rotates (β1) with a certain amplitude in an initial segment of its path, the first end of the tilting lever (2) completes a movement (d1) of a certain length; and—when the cam rotates (β2), with the same amplitude as β1, but in the final segment of its path, the first end of the tilting lever (2) completes a movement (d2) that is longer than the movement (d1).
Manual cutting machine
A manual cutting machine includes a base plate. A front support and a rear support are fixedly arranged at two ends of the base plate. Sliding rods are mounted between the front support and the rear support. A slider is disposed around the sliding rods. A connecting block is hinged to the slider. A blade and a presser foot are connected to the bottom of the connecting rod. A push rod is connected to the top of the connecting block. The tail of the push rod is angled relative to the push rod. When the manual cutting machine is used for cutting and fracturing a board, motions of arms are reduced, and the motion range of an operator is narrowed, so that the operator can use the machine more easily and effortlessly. Meanwhile, oil can be added into an oil can to lubricate the slider in the using process.

Bolster
The present invention provides a long-bladed bolster 1, comprising a substantially planar cutting body 2 having one edge formed as a blade 3 of sufficient length so that the blade 3 is arranged in use to be positioned substantially centrally on a concrete masonry unit (CMU) to enable the block to be divided without the bolster 1 requiring repositioning, the bolster having a striking body on a second long edge of the cutting body opposite to the cutting blade configured to receive repeated blows from a striking implement in use and to transmit these through the cutting body to the blade and the bolster having an integral handle that extends from the cutting body and/or striking body of the bolster substantially centrally along the length of the cutting body 2 and substantially orthogonally to the plane thereof.
ELECTRIC WATER HEATER
An electric water heater comprising two autonomous parts which are not in contact with each other: One part being a water tank having a plate of ferromagnetic material at its base, and the other part a magnetic induction module with variable control of power.
To operate the water heater, the induction module is coupled to the base of the water tank; the energy is released by magnetic induction from the induction module to the plate of ferromagnetic material at the base of the water heater, which gets hot, heating the water inside the water tank. The fact that the induction module is physically separated from the water tank means that the electricity cannot be in contact with water at any time, so that the safety of the water heater against electric shock is total.
The design allows several induction modules to be connected in parallel for water heaters requiring larger water tanks. A contactless temperature sensor of the water in the water tank ensures the total separation between water and electricity.
As the induction module features variable control of power, it allows either to limit the supply of electric power to the coil manually, or automatically switch the amount of electric power according to the needs of the user allowing for a great deal of programmability and electricity savings.
BOLSTER
A long-bladed bolster has a substantially planar cutting body having one edge formed as a blade of sufficient length so that the blade is arranged, in use, to be positioned substantially centrally on a Concrete masonry unit (CMU) to enable the block to be divided without the bolster requiring repositioning. The bolster, has a striking body on a second long edge of the cutting body, opposite to the cutting blade, configured to receive repeated blows from a striking implement in use and to transmit these blows through the cutting body to the blade. The bolster has an integral handle that extends from the cutting body and/or striking body of the bolster substantially centrally along the length of the cutting body and substantially orthogonally to the plane thereof.
