WORKING MACHINE
A working machine may include: an output shaft; a rotary blade attached to the output shaft; a prime mover configured to rotate the output shaft; a housing that houses the prime mover and rotatably supports the output shaft; and a blade cover attached to the housing. The sidewall of the blade cover may include a first stopper and a second stopper. The facing portion of the housing may include a first stopper receiver and a second stopper receiver. When the blade cover is pivoted in a first pivot direction of the blade cover, the first stopper may contact the first stopper receiver. When the blade cover is further pivoted in the first pivot direction from a state where the first stopper is in contact with the first stopper receiver, the second stopper may contact the second stopper receiver.
CEMENT SIDING CUTTER
A cutting tool includes a base having a table surface. The table surface has a circular turntable and a cutting platform connected with respect to the circular turntable. The cutting platform is rotatable about an axis of the circular turntable. At least one connector releasably locks the cutting platform to the turntable at a number of positions about the axis. A blade housing and blade are suspended above the cutting platform. A handle is attached to the cutting tool to raise and lower the blade. The handle is rotatably supported by a cam integrated with the blade housing.
PORTABLE TILE CUTTER
A portable tile cutter includes a main unit having a base frame and a guard connected to the base frame, a cutter blade pivotally mounted at the guard, a driving unit connected to the guard and operable to rotate the cutter blade, a first handle connected to the driving unit, and a second handle connected to the guard and providing a grip. The component parts of the portable tile cutter are so arranged that moving one or both the driving unit and the second handle can achieve adjustment of the gap between the first handle and the grip of the second handle. Thus, the portable tile cutter can fit different users having different body sizes.
Masonry tool
An apparatus for trimming stone and brick is disclosed. The apparatus is comprised of flat sections which radiate from a central axis. Each of the flat sections has two cutting edges, for a total six cutting edges. In use, the apparatus is placed onto a supportive platform so two of the flat sections contact the platform, while the third extends up and is an apical striking platform. The mason holds a stone or brick so it rests on one of the cutting edges of the apical striking platform and strikes the top face of the stone or brick with a hammer, approximately over where the stone or brick contacts the edge of the trimmer. In addition to providing a cutting surface, the subject matter of this application reduces errant vibration caused by the striking which can result in irregular cutting.
Portable Cutting Machine
A portable cutting machine is provided. The portable cutting machine comprises: a cutting portion including a disc-shaped cutting blade that cuts an object to be cut by rotating, and a first rotation axis that serves as a rotation center of the cutting blade; a drive portion including a drive source and a second rotation axis rotating by drive of the drive source; a transmission portion including a first pulley fixed to the first rotation axis, a second pulley fixed to the second rotation axis, and a belt looped around the first pulley and the second pulley, and configured to transmit a rotational force by the drive portion to the cutting portion; and a case including a storage space for storing the transmission portion and at least one communication portion that connect to the storage space and open to outside.
BIT HOLDER FOR A POWER TOOL
A chuck configured to engage a drill bit. The chuck includes a socket body, a first annulus, a second annulus, and a sleeve. The socket body includes a tool end configured to be coupled to a tool and a tool bit end configured to be coupled with the drill bit. The second annulus is selectively movable relative to the first annulus. The sleeve is selectively movable relative to the socket body between a home position in which the second annulus presses upon the drill bit to secure the drill bit to the tool end and a retracted position in which the second annulus is movable relative to the socket body and the drill bit is movable relative to the socket body.
Cutting system for slabs
A cutting system for slabs which includes a longitudinal guide having a pair of surfaces opposite to each other, the pair made up of a lower surface and an opposite upper surface, a suction cup coupled to the lower surface of the longitudinal guide suitable to selectively adhere to a slab and defining a contact surface of the longitudinal guide on the slab, the longitudinal guide further including a pair of rails parallel to each other coupled to the upper surface of the longitudinal guide and suitable for slidably coupling to a scoring slider. The rails are arranged on opposite sides with respect to a median plane of the suction cup perpendicular to the contact surface thereof.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CREATING A PREFERENTIAL BREAKAGE PLANE WITHIN CURED COLUMNS
A frangibility device for creating a preferred breakage plane or weakness within cured columns such as rigid inclusions (RIs) and/or vibratory concrete columns (VCCs) comprises a cutting disc, an elongate strut attached to the center of the disc, and a detachable handle for turning. The disc comprises a thin geometric plate slit from center to periphery, so that a slicing wing can be bent downward at a shallow angle from the slit. The slicing wing advances the cutting disc through the cementious material of the uncured column. When the disc reaches the desired depth, the handle is removed and both disc and strut are left in place during curing.

Cutting and separating device applicable to manual ceramic cutters
The invention relates to a cutting and separating device applicable to manual ceramic cutters, comprising: a carriage; a collapsible handle with a cutting tool; a toothed part comprising a separator for separating ceramic parts; springs for holding the toothed part in an inoperative position as well as a toothed actuator in an engaged position with the toothed part; and a manual trigger element for disengaging the toothed actuator. The rotation of the handle past a pre-determined angle causes the engagement of the toothed actuator in the toothed part; the descending rotation causes the toothed actuator to rotate the toothed part until an operative position of the separator is reached; and the actuation of the trigger element causes the release of the toothed part and the return thereof to the inoperative position.
