A method of forming a spray includes dispensing a biocompatible polymer solution and a curing agent onto a pair of diverging surfaces to form a mixture, moving the two diverging surfaces counter to each other to cause the mixture to form filaments between the two diverging surfaces as the diverging surfaces move away from each other, moving the two diverging surfaces further counter to each other to cause the filaments burst into droplets, and directing the droplets onto a surface. A composition of matter comprising a biocompatible polymer and a biocompatible curing agent.

The rigid high-gloss wear-resistant and scratch-resistant flooring is prepared by the melamine glue and the special color film, has an intermediate Spc layer, and has the decorative layer on a back side. The flooring is prepared by three different layers through a high temperature and a high pressure. The flooring has a surface that is highly wear-resistant, extremely scratch-resistant, cigarette burning-resistant, and non-deformable, and is suitable for use in various public places, with various styles, diverse specifications, and stability.

A method for manufacturing a raw blank of a tyre includes using a calender to produce a ply. The calender includes two rollers with a gap situated therebetween. A ply that includes a first rubber material is formed in the gap of the calender, with a bead of the first rubber material being formed upstream of the gap. The bead and the gap of the calender are fed with a second rubber material, different from the first rubber material, to form at least one insert in the ply.

A mixing and extrusion machine (10) for the manufacture of rubber mixtures includes a mixer with a converging conical twin-screw (12) with a fixed frame (14) that supports sleeves (16). Two screws (18), being mounted at an angle, are mounted in the mixer (12) in such a way as to move in translational movement between an opening (22) arranged upstream and an outlet (25) arranged downstream of the sleeves. The screws are mounted in the sleeves with removable doors including sliding shutters (40) installed relative to the outlet (25). The sliding shutters move linearly between a closed position, in which the sliding shutters prevent the mixer from discharging the mixture, and an open position, in which the sliding shutters prevent discharge of the mixture through the sides of two counter-rotating rollers (32) of a roller nose type system located just downstream of the outlet.
